Room cleaning were late so even we came back from beach before dinner, rooms weren’t cleaned so no dry towels for us to take a shower. One room had a broken smoky hair dryer, another room had a broken shower holder.

While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay at Dusit Thani Beach Resort Guam, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The bathroom faucet at the lavatory was heavily calcified, which gave it an unclean appearance. Also, the bed had wheels, and I could really feel it shifting whenever I turned in my sleep, which affected my comfort.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dusit Thani Beach Resort Guam! The location is absolutely wonderful... right on the beach with stunning views. The free parking was a huge plus, making everything so convenient. The breakfast was awesome... delicious and varied. I also loved the pool, which was amazing and perfect for relaxing. Plus, the direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline anytime.

Erratic room cleaning, supply and towel replacement. Could leave room for 5 hours with sign out to have room made up, yet still not done when returned. Would get hand towels, but no clean washcloths, towels but no clean floor mats, only one coffee pkg per person, but five teas, sugar but no non-sugar sweeteners. Had to specifically stop staff and request items or to have room cleaned. Hotel filled with families with infants and small children. Music from open lounge adjacent to open lobby and reception area was incredibly loud during mid day hours, not just at nite.

Wonderful view, large room, comfortable beds, great snorkeling right from the beach, staff pleasant, beach and pool towels easy to obtain, ice machines and filtered water dispenser on each floor.

The staff down at the little 24/7 snack bar were extremely rude and I also noticed the old lady gave attitude to almost everyone, with the room the only problem was the channels on the TV won’t connect

During the last stay, while the staff are very good at mitigating housekeeping issue, we experienced not having our room cleaned twice. It felt disappointing because we have to call for our room to be made. We never had to worry about housekeeping on our previous stays. Even when it was still Outrigger and following visit when it became Dusit Beach.

The Ocean Front Rooms are great! The view of the ocean in the morning and during sunset is always spectacular. Some days you can witness a rainbow forming in the horizon. Which add to the experience. Restaurants and cafe in the hotel and around the hotel. Very accessible. Trolley and bus and taxi bay are close by if you want to explore other places in Guam.

The laundry room was tiny and consisted of four washers, two of which were down or had technical problems. This made it very difficult to wash clothes.

I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The rooms consisted of excellent decor paired with a snap-worthy view. The hotel is close to the bars along the strip and the beach and Tiki Bar are connected to the resort.
