GuamFirst off, The laundry area was a disaster, like really bad. Washers were broken and the washer room smelled like piss, it was not clean at all. The dryers were in a whole other floor & in the garage, even there it was pretty scary and felt unsafe. Secondly, they should really replace their shower heads.
The room was very comfortable and convenient for my family. the staff was very helpful & welcoming.

United StatesThe hotel itself was ok, decent location. The biggest problem was the total lack of working wifi. As tourists, we did not have cell coverage and we were expecting to have decent wifi. Turns out, that the wifi of the hotel has no password, and everyone including the employees as well as restaurant guests could use it to the point of which it simply did not work. We could not use our phones at all the entire trip, even for GPS or contacting our families back home, and we could not watch anything on the TV because the TV is wifi/streaming based. The cleanliness was good, but during our 11 day stay we barely received towel or cleanup services, even when we would ask the concierge downstairs. This was due to "employees not clocking in". This is a good budget hotel for the area, but it could be better if these issues were improved.

PalauThe hotel is probably really old, so probably need renovations. There was a cockroach in the restroom, so cleanliness was not thorough. The floor is ceramic tiled, but was very sticky to walk on, whether you wore slippers or not it makes that sticky sound every step you take.
The front desk staff was very helpful. No problems in checking in and it was very pleasant and fast. The value of the rooms was very reasonable and the location was very easy access for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the 3 beds in a room, that's one of the reason we chose this hotel.

United StatesThe toilet broke right after my friend used it, almost right after we checked in, it was leaking water. when using the shower head it would spray from the side of the shower head.
There was a line for check-in but the staf moved though it swiftly without making us feel rushed. there was a resturant inside the building and many more close by.

Australia-internet was awful. We never managed to get it in our room - the bath had been left dirty - the shower door wouldn’t close and the floor flooded - I was talking to a staff member. She spoke into a Walker talkie in the middle of my sentence… I guess our conversation was finished!
