1 No microwave😠 2.No access to the internet on the television 😠 3.the television was working well😫 4.no assess to the outside view Vandana.😩 5.In the other room the washroom was flushing all the time the noise was very disturbing and annoying.😡😫 6.No assess to the pool in the morning.😫

The sinks were dirty., there wasn’t any handwashing soap or body wash. We used shampoo that was in the shower and washed our hands with the shampoo every time we used the washroom . There wasn’t any bath towels. But the girl at the front desk was very quick to send some up when I called and asked.

The breakfast set up was outstanding and the staff were amazing . Very courteous and helpful

It’s dated they need to renovate. Bathroom not clean. Breakfast did not taste good. You can’t sleep at night because of the noice of traffic. The staff at the front desk are not capable. Whispering when they talk not welcoming at all. Rude tone of voice. Idle!!

The rooms were more tired than the guests. The toilets, sinks and faucets were all in bad shape. The tvs were out dated. The water quality was terrible. The issue seems as through the management is just doing enough to keep the doors open. Because it a hotel with all the amenities people will come. From the front desk to room service to the restaurant the staff was very poorly trained. It is obvious the junior staff wants to provide good service but are not equipped on how to do so. The staff that has been there for a while treats the guest as though they are doing us a favour by checking us in or even providing basic assistance. I see lots of opportunities and potential with this property but it starts with the attitude of management to the clients so that the junior staff continue with the same energy.

I like the location. Just outside the city with anything you need is 5 mins away. This property had everything you need but with minimal class.

The bathroom looked water stained the sink one sink backed up during the whole trip. The mats on the floor were not clean, and the place needs to be modernized for the price that I was charged.

It was located near the stadium where most of the festivities were kept. The taxi service was excellent. The ambience was good. The rooms were OK. The bathrooms were not good. My room was OK. My friends room had roaches. They overcharged my friends and I, but I got refunded. When my friend went to get his refund, the manager was very rude and scarce to talk to anyone. The bar was good. The food was good. The place looks nice from the outside, but on the inside, it needs lots of repairs and modernization.

The place needs an upgrade: shower falling apart, pipe falling apart, tiles falling apart, balcony door to joint balcony does to lock so was a bit scared. Staff has no manners, whisper when they speak, doesn’t look you in the eyes, they need training. Also felt like being kicked out. Check out is at 12 but in the early morning the cleaning lady start knocking on my door very rudely not a nice tap no banging!! Then after the phone rung they wanted to reminds me that check out is at 12. Then about an hour later this same cycle again!!!

The water from the shower leaks from the shower to the room. Seems like this is a problem for majority of the rooms there. I had to clean it daily. Also the balcony door didn't open on the first day. Had to wait a day and a half for it to get fixed.

Breakfast was decent. Lots of things to do around the hotel.

But I didn’t like it that the shower was bad. The hot water was no good. The food that they serve me was cold. The breakfast was cold and the service was very bad on the girl that has to do the inside. Also does the outside so that doesn’t work

There is a noticed say check in at 3pm we arrived at 4pm didn't get checked in until 5.45 pm there was about 15 people's wating for check in and out was on one person on the front desk .The pillow was smells horrible we slept without pillow is internacional hotel 🏨 But it don't have the standard 😒 it dropping terrible asked to speak to Manger couldn't find him

The restaurant is good the staff always helpful and polite
