    Love the breakfast, pool and room. Very exceptional. Still dreaming about that breakfast.

    The breakfast was really good. I like that they had a variety. Both days was great. Love that the pool side had a great protocols in terms of the clothing what we had to wear to go in the water and what was required.

    We had a little stuck when we went in the elevator. Everything went dark. Then it came back on after few minutes. We were kinda scared my kids and so .

    Breakfast was buffet style, good selections. The room was clean and comfortable, more than adequate. The pool was clean and enjoyable.

    Poolside Service on Sunday suffered from an abundance of people, and a possible shortage of Bar/Restaurant staff

    Location

    Staff needs hospitality training. No greeting on entering the premises, front desk is not engaging, it feels like the customer is begging to stay there. Prices was high compared to other places. No hand towels, no hangers in the room. Picture fell off the wall on us entering the room. Phone didn't work and no one came to fix it after multiple requests. No bell boys to carry up luggage. We had to take up our own towels, water and toilet paper. Don't get me started on the restaurant. Sat for 15 minutes before anyone brought us a menu and only after we got up looking for one. I will not recommend anyone staying at this hotel and will not be going there again.

    We didn't receive assistance to fix the WiFi on the TV nor did we get the room we pre booked and after substitute to another still didn't get a pool view as promised neither did we get the complementary breakfast upon checkout we to your receptionist about it she didn't even offer an explanation. Just okay thats all

    Some staff were lovely… Breakfast was also above average for this hotel standard.

    Cleanliness and maintenance are significant issues. Cockroaches evident. Curtains couldn’t be opened as had been screwed in to ceiling. I could list endless issues. The incorrect room type was issued on arrival for one of our two rooms, and what we had booked was unavailable every time we checked to see if we could move. No partial refund or credits allowed. Staff training should be a focus for the brand management group too. A poor representation of the Ramada by Wyndham brand. Hospitality requires service, not minimal attention.
