We’re delighted that our staff provided considerate service, the renovated facilities exceeded your expectations, and the location offered great value for the price. However, we’re sorry for the smoky smell in the room, the small toilet and quick depletion of hot water, and the discomfort caused by thin bedding and soundproofing issues, especially with noisy neighbors at night. We also acknowledge the inconvenience of the air conditioner and water heater not working simultaneously. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work to address these concerns, including improving ventilation, amenities, and soundproofing. We hope to welcome you back in the future with noticeable improvements to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
