Comfortable bed. Comfortable room, perfect location, friendly staff, helpful staff, optional sauna was very enjoyable.

Location access to nearby restaurants are near, many good food around. MTR is nearby.sheung wan.

MTR no lift for big luggages, hopefully MTR can upgrade lift access so that tourists can have convenient. Building interior all BLACK tiles and too dim lighting. Water needed to and fro to collect from 3rd level. Very inconvenient. No soap in room washing basin.

Misleading advertisement of 54m2. That is certainly not the case here. They can lower the rates for that.

They charge your card as deposit with 1000 hkd! Still after 1 week i havent got back yet.

Great location, decent sized room for Hong Kong. The shower was really powerful. Staff were attentive and available 247.

The Garden Suite was spacious and overall very nice. Location is great.

Our whole stay was basically overshadowed by the fact that the Hotel wanted to charge us 600 HKD for 3 „stained“ towels. The cleaning staff had not even done the effort to wash them in a washing machine but just done some basic handwash to claim the stains won’t come out. We took the effort to wash them in a laundromat and all the stains came out immediately but the floor mat got damaged by the laundromat in the process. In the end instead of showing some proper customer care, we still had to pay 150HKD for one floor mat which is insane. It is the hotels responsibility to at least wash towels properly before blaming the customers and not trying to scam and charge a premium without having done the minimum effort. We will not come back because of this experience.

Large room, comfy bed, great expresso machine, large fridge, and overall design sleek and pleasant.

Location, extra large suite, very comfortable bed, excellent staff.

Room we were given when we checked in was not the one pictured or described on the booking.com site. While it was nice it was not what I wanted (different layout and facilities). We were moved to the room as advertised two days later, as it was not available for the first couple of nights. Staff was apologetic but I disagree with advertising one thing and delivering something different!

Small lobby, small gym.

The flat is spacious and equipped with good window blinds.

The kitchen was under-equipped, with the microwave buried below countertop level near the door of the flat. There were no washing up supplies of any sort--I had to bring my own. Various hooks and electrical outlet covers kept falling off the walls. The bathtub did not hold water. Overall, the flat was poorly maintained and the kitchen was inadequate.

Friendly and helpful staff. Some lights were out in our room and were fixed the following day. The hotel was in a great location-accessible to transport, restaurants and supermarkets. We'd left some stuff that we couldn't fit into our suitcases upon check out and the hotel messaged me with photos to check if we were OK to dispose of them.

The hotel was in a location that was easy to get to where we wanted but without it being super loud with tourists or workers. The room was nice. Bed was very large and comfortable.

We'd have benefitted from a little more storage space.
