Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PhilippinesFront desk was quite rude and a smart-aleck. Wifi is slow and would disconnect from time to time. If you're working while travelling, I suggest getting a portable wifi to do your work. Nothing to watch on TV but local Chinese channels.
Loved the beds - sheets were clean, thickness of the comforter was just right, pillows were plump, and beds were the right thickness and hardness. Best sleep in HKG!!! The room was big enough to move around, the shower was strong with hot and cold water. Hotel is near several restaurants, near the MRT station (short walk uphill) and bus stations. Everything in the room was aesthetic/instagrammable.

AustraliaThe room was very small which we knew so it was fine. It'll be an issue if you have a large suitcase though. Fine for a single traveller. The wall must be very thin. We heard everything from next door. It'd have been great if tv had a bit more English options or mirroring function but it's a minor issue.
Location!! It's so close to the train station and the bus stop. Lots and lots of shops around. Funky interior design. Practicality. The room is tiny but it has pretty much everything! Helpful receptionist.

In general, this was a great accommodation. The location is excellent—very close to a metro station and within walking distance of markets and other Kowloon attractions. The area is filled with restaurants and shopping options for everyone. The accommodation is well-maintained. We were a bit worried after reading some comments, but in reality, the rooms were spacious, clean, and overall well-kept. Long story short: good value for money, great location, and safe.
