I book a double bed but they cannot arrange. The bathing area is too small and the shower curtain will stick to the body when bathing. Some stain find on the towel three times.

This hotel is a little old amd a little tied, it needs some TLC... but it is always busy so i guess most people are happy with the value for money

This hotel is good valuw for Hong Kong prices... it is nothing special...its a good place to base your holiday but there is little luxury here... for me it is ok. I don't spend too much time in my room so it is ok. If you want luxury then i would suggest trying a different hotel.

The rooms are very small, but I knew that when I booked. It is HK style. We stayed twice within two weeks. The flushing water of the toilet during the second stay was brownish, no smell, but gave the sense of lack of hygiene. I liked that there was daily room service, the towels however were very thin and worn.

The location is very convenient, the place is safe and clean.

We were surprised when the hotel staff insisted we clean their old towels ourselves or pay HKD 200 because some hair color transferred after showering, despite the towels being visibly worn. This unexpected and unreasonable request affected our overall experience and left us feeling disappointed.

The hotel is located in a messy place. Not recommended for foreigners. The staff was very rude.

When I book a double room, I expect a double bed, not two singles joined together. Breakfast is offered at 60HKD. I went to check it out...everything looked cold, so didn't bother.

View from the 32nd floor is great. The room was quiet, which for a large, busy hotel is often not the case. Location very good...about 5 minute walk to MRT, with buses and trams almost outside the door as well. Lots of eateries (my fave was the Golden Bowl), and a market also close by for fruit, and also lots of convenience stores.

Bed was a bit hard by western standards and the hotel doesn't have mattress toppers. The wifi didn't work well, it was spotty and dropped regularly.

I did the suite and it was very tiny I can not lie. Thankfully I was alone and it was enough space for me, however if I was with another person, it would not have been enough space.
