Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandIn the urban suite there were two rooms which was nice but there was nowhere for clothes. There was 1 coat rack for 2 rooms. It would have been easy to put up some hooks or rails against the wall to air out clothes. I would have been happy to sacrifice a shower or toilet for a cupboard.
The bedding was gorgeous, high quality down blankets and the beds were huge. The locations was very central. Staff were nice.

SingaporeThe hotel is a little rundown and worst for wear and little things were not right, such as wet patch outside bathroom door, cold-water tap often not working, but these were rectified quickly and staff made the most of a non-ideal situation. They don't event have proper check-in counters at which to work. But they did get things done.
I liked the staff and the service. And the location. Very handy to get around from, and many shops, markets and eateries nearby, as well as transport options.

PhilippinesRooms are really small, but this is normal for HK. Cleanliness can also be improved especially in the bathroom. The toilet bowl didn’t look like it was scrubbed enough before we came in. The bathtub was scary to use. The bathroom and corridors could use some serious upgrades. The housekeeping cart is also permanently “stored” on the corridor right by the elevators. I hope they can find a better place to store those carts because the hallways are already cramped. You can also be awakened by people passing by the corridors.
Charterhouse’s location is excellent, very accessible to trams, buses and trains. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. There is even a market near if you want to buy fresh fruits
