The rooms needs a complete makeover as it was a bit old looking and more English tv channels please.

Hotel could not provide adaptor for Taiwanese guests and told them to buy outside. And the shower was built in on ceiling, without a handle shower. Sometimes it's not too convenient for washing hair

The whole place was a bit strange. The rooms were super old. There seemed to be some rooms with multiple people coming and going…. We also had a leak which they fixed but just put a towel on the wet patch on the floor instead of moving us 😂 we didn’t really care because it was much cheaper than other places

Expect Jason (I think it's his name), most porters just stared at you when you walk in. Some may press the lift button for you. There are a few steps before the entrance of the hotel. No porter is there to help you move your heavy bags when you arrived. The check in place is located on the 2nd floor amongst all the rooms. It's ridiculous, you can barely find it. The staff there is completely miserable. I stayed for 3 weeks, and there is no water provided except on the first day. there is no tea or coffee. The WIFI is slow at night and the night porter told me to just suck it up. Wallpapers are peeling off and moldy. The air is stuffy and it smells. I'm already on the Executive Floor. Honestly, I know your location is great but one can't just sell your hotel with this feature alone. I'll suggest you to visit Orange hotel in Taiwan Ximen. They really run the hotel with heart and passion. There are little things you can do which will not cost a lot.

Location is great! Great if you don't take MTR. I used to live in HK so taking trams and other transportations is easy for me. If you like to go to Causeway Bay, it's very close. There are so much to eat and shop around the area. There is a laundry next to the basket ball court in the alley. Great service, fast and cheap! Cleaners are nice and friendly.
