Sheets did not scream clean and fresh. The room I was originally put in was not the same as what I booked, fewer people but shabbier beds and very loud A/C. Some rooms are a long elevator ride away from common room. It would help the vibe immensely if the non-reception staff did not shout at each other across common room much of the time.

It’s a regular hostel with a common room to socialize (when the people are right), helpful staff, always-on reception, laundry, everything. Strong Wi-Fi. Most reception staff during the day speak good English and are easy to talk to. There is a football and a basketball to borrow. Location is pretty strategic for the island.

Good location, convenient place to stay for a short stay. Around there are plenty of restaurants, shops, ways of transportation. Common area has a little kitchen which is also very useful.

Small twin bunk bed room, but well designed with under bed storage: still good value for location and price point. Possible improvements: 1. International electrical plug-in plates rather than standard British/HK to avoid use of travel adapters. 2. A reading light for bunk beds to avoid disturbing others.

Shared area is big and bright including lounge area with well equipped kitchen. Piano/guitar in common area. Very clean facilities. Strong wifi. Steel doors. Excellent location with easy access to buses, metro, tram and A11 airport bus.

Expensive for such a crowded room (triple decker bunk beds). I know it's HK but still... it's a lot. Entrance door could definitely be marked better as well

The Queen beds are set into the walls and make for very tight sharing if you are not planning to be intimate. The towels we rented were also stained and smelled after one shower.

Amazing to get an apartment and have our own room. Bathrooms were really clean and the individual locks and ACs on each bedroom were great for comfort and security. Location and top floor view was nice as well.

The noise in shared areas. At some moments, it was impossible to focus on my work due to the loud sounds, people were disrespectful, and I felt the hostel didn't have proper rules to manage that level of craziness.

The location and the fact that you have 24-hour front desk, so anything you need, you have someone to help you. I think the hostel is really good for the price you pay in HK

Nice common area, the staff is very friendly and helpful. During my stay, there were some problems with the network connection, but after informing the staff everything was solved quite fast. Great localization, lots of good restaurants in the area, some bars too.

were on 8th floor, a little troublesome to go back and forth to the lounge if u need something, as the lounge were located at 2nd floor. the water heater took long time to work. its hard to mix hot and cold, nonetheless everything was great!

Only con was the entrance was a bit hard to find! The address leads to the build it’s located in, but the physical entrance itself is a bit tucked away. Look for it on Hennessy Rd.

The entrance and checking area scared me a bit. The temperature was a bit cold everywhere.

Even if it was fully booked, everything was clean: bedrooms and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was working well and you have free coffee at the checking floor. Initially employees looked a bit unfriendly, but lately I discovered that it was just for language barriers and they are really willing to reply to questions and provide suggestions.

Beds are three high. I had a low bunk so I was okay, but sleeping on the highest bunk must be a pain. Price was high for what you get, but that might have been because of Chinese new year

It's always very convenient staying here, my second time staying for around 10 days. You have the facilities you need and at a great price. If you just need somewhere to sleep while in hong kong i reccomend it.

The handle on the dorm room is a little tricky, and I would often to be woken by people struggling to use it. Signage on the door would be useful. During the day the majority of the room doors are propped open which was unusual.

The location is good, 7 mins walk from a metro and only 30 minutes walk from centre. Close to harbour, some nightlife, restaurants etc. The staff were kind and helpful and extending was easy. The properly is very clean and showers had good water pressure and hot water.

Social but also the 4 bed bunk room I shared, the door is next to lounge room so when roommates didn’t close the door you can hear others. If sensitive to noise choose the other shared rooms not next to the lounge.

Large and clean bathroom and spacious living area. Met 2 lovely girls I shared the room with for just one night.

Just a run of the mill backpackers nothing fancy to it’s fine. Lots of broke AF aussies with mental illness swinging a bindle on the trail , ( we dont like Australia)

Some rooms are just next to the big road, so you definitely need a pair of good ear plugs to avoid traffic noise.

Easy access with clear guidance to check in. Clean and cozy place even with free welcome cookies at the reception. Free water & hot water with tea bags are provided.
