The dormitory I had booked in advance went out of business, so I had to book this one on the day. Despite that, the staff were extremely kind. The location was good and it was clean for the price. My trip would have been ruined without this dormitory.

I couldn't have known about this dormitory sooner.

For me this is the best hostel in Hong Kong. The location is great, it's two blocks from the visa center and three from the ferry, in a very centric location and the conditions of the building in general and the rooms are also very good. The bathrooms and common areas get cleaned every day and with good cleaning standards. The staff is really kind and you can go to them for anything.

Compared to hostels in other countries it may seem expensive but for Hong Kong the price is great, especially because the cleanliness and the safety you get here are hard to get in other areas with lower prices that aren't even that low so it's not worth to risk it somewhere else.

It’s a regular hostel with a common room to socialize (when the people are right), helpful staff, always-on reception, laundry, everything. Strong Wi-Fi. Most reception staff during the day speak good English and are easy to talk to. There is a football and a basketball to borrow. Location is pretty strategic for the island.

Sheets did not scream clean and fresh. The room I was originally put in was not the same as what I booked, fewer people but shabbier beds and very loud A/C. Some rooms are a long elevator ride away from common room. It would help the vibe immensely if the non-reception staff did not shout at each other across common room much of the time.

The location was decent enough, was able to access places via taxi or tram etc. Had places to eat and shops within walking distance.

Was a very budget room for a budget price so can not really complain about that. Staff seemed friendly enough but overall it wasn’t somewhere I’d recommend unless you’re on a tight budget as HongKong can be somewhat costly. So it served a purpose but that was probably due to not being in the hotel much more other than sleeping.

The location was fantastic, just off a main street in Causeway Bay close to the China Visa Application Centre. There is an MRT station about a 15 minute walk away and a tram stop directly across from the property.

The room was quite expensive, which was surprising given how small it was. For a hostel, I think the staff could have been friendlier and encouraged more of a community other than making video games publicly available in the living room.

Good location, convenient place to stay for a short stay. Around there are plenty of restaurants, shops, ways of transportation. Common area has a little kitchen which is also very useful.

Quite small and for everything extra you have to pay like towels, wifi in the room etc

the hotel was great for my wife to be....but booking .com is not my cup of tea...

All of the little fees for this or for that, them trying to sell me more stuff the moment I enter. etc

very good location..good staff.. clean property

Shared area is big and bright including lounge area with well equipped kitchen. Piano/guitar in common area. Very clean facilities. Strong wifi. Steel doors. Excellent location with easy access to buses, metro, tram and A11 airport bus.

Small twin bunk bed room, but well designed with under bed storage: still good value for location and price point. Possible improvements: 1. International electrical plug-in plates rather than standard British/HK to avoid use of travel adapters. 2. A reading light for bunk beds to avoid disturbing others.

It’s a great value of staying. Excellent location 👍👍👍
