    The Wheel Chairs can help me to join all the meting even outside Conrad or connected to Hotel Shangrilla

    The Bed too high as if NBA’s sportsman can easily get on bed, I have to borrow a stepping chair to get on bed

    the beds are super comfy The rooms are clean and nice Staffs are very helpful

    One of the card keys to the room was not working and need to go down to the front desk again

    Location was great (near Admiralty MTR and Pacific Place Mall), and the rooms were comfortable and a good size for 3 people. Very nice bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too.

    Breakfast area was small and crowded given the size of the hotel. I would have expected more choices in the breakfast buffet too.

    I liked the clean room, toileteries, view of harbor from my room, smooth checkin, checkout and the location.

    For the executive lounge access i had paid for access to two pax but the staff at executive lounge were bit dismissive as the other person who accompanied me was having another class of room. If i have access for two persons i should not be questioned and judged before the guest. Whereas i could see another agent having a meeting in lounge with a group of clients. Perhaps some bias against Indians in general. Further, as per booking. com details given I was supposed to get four clothes complimentary ironing on arrival but the same was not offered at the hotel. Even a welcome drink on arrival was not offered.

    They didn’t return the money of deposit

    Good location and very clean and tidy.

    No body answers reception whether you call from your phone or your room, which is quite inconvenient when you have a quick question.

    Staff at the concierge desk was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was great. The shower in the bathroom is amazing 😍

    Reception staff was not that helpful. We had to urge him to try and give our rooms together and allow an early check-in for at least 1 room

    Reception has no queue system, guest didn’t know which was the queue. Interiors were old and room is small.
