弊社には、弊社プラットフォームへ投稿された偽のクチコミの検出に特化した人材および自動化されたシステムがあります。偽のクチコミを見つけた場合、弊社はそれらを削除し、必要な場合は責任を負うべき人物に対して措置を講じます。

宿泊確認済み冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、セキュリティボックス完備。泊まった部屋には広めのバスタブが付いており、シャワーの湯量も充分だった。無料WIFIの速度も問題無し。繁華街から離れており外の騒音は気にならなかった。湾仔などの地下鉄方面行きのトラム停車駅から徒歩2分くらい。
湾仔駅から坂を上って徒歩15分かかるため、スーツケースを持って移動するとかなり疲れる。湾仔などからトラムで終点のHappy Valleyまで行き、Kennedy Town行のトラムに乗り換えれば、3駅目の最寄りの停車駅に移動できるが、車内が狭いため、大きい荷物が有る時はお勧めできない。隣の部屋がシャワーを使うとかなり水の音が聞こえてくる。ドアの外の物音もかなり聞こえた。

宿泊確認済み清掃係が親切だった。
中心部から遠い。 部屋に飲料水がない。 朝食が簡素でメニューは、 １日目:袋が開いたパン1つ、トマト、ゆで卵、ソーセージ ２日目:クロワッサン1つ、ハム、チーズ、グレービーソース アメニティーが乏しい。変な歯磨き粉。 全体的にきれいではない。タオル類は希望すれば毎日交換してくれるが、驚くことに全てのタオルが汚れていて、髪の毛がついていたりして、本当に気持ち悪かった。シーツも汚れていた。 換気扇とエアコンが機能していないのか、全く部屋が暖まらなかった。 部屋が狭かベッドも低い。折りたたみの椅子が一脚あるが、壊れていた。まくらも安っぽくて全く疲れがとれなかった。 この値段でこんなに不衛生なホテルは初めて。費用に見合ったサービスではない。二度と利用しない。 スタッフが親切ではない。

宿泊確認済み値段の割に部屋が広かった。きちんと掃除されており清潔感あり。
部屋のセーフティーボックスが壊れていて使えなかった。窓は曇りガラスで、開けられないため、眺望はまったくなし。地下鉄の駅からちょっと離れている（徒歩12分くらい）。

宿泊確認済みトイレ悪臭があり、駅遠いし、近辺コンビニもないし、毎日掃除がないし、朝食付きのコースはショボいお弁当だった。

宿泊確認済み5階のフロアーに宿泊しました。 ロケーションは外れてます。 コンビニ、食事は五分位歩きます。 部屋は清潔でした。
外の音がかなりうるさい。 朝食弁当はおいしいが、あれなら要らない

宿泊確認済み受付のスタッフは親切だった。レストランのクーポン券をもらったので、行って見た。味はよかったが、ホテルからちょっと離れてはいたし、店のサービスは今一つだった。
コロナの影響が残っているのか、朝食がランチボックスというのはちょっと残念。以前の朝食は注文に応じてテーブルまで運んで来てくれたのだったが、スタッフも不足してるのか、時間が解決してくれるのか。

宿泊確認済み一番安いランクでの予約でしたが、デスクスペースが別の間取りのお部屋になりました。バスタブもちゃんとあります。湾仔、コーズウェイベイからそれぞれ歩いて10分ちょっとの場所ですが、シャトルバスがカバーしています。スタッフはフレンドリーな印象です。
コロナ前に泊まった時は、朝食がバイキング形式で、オムレツやスクランブルエッグ等オーダー出来ましたが、今回は小さいお弁当でした。何だかコロナの隔離ホテルの食事という感じ。香港全体人手不足なので、その影響もあると思うのですが、そこが改善されるといいと思います。アメニティがちゃんと追加される日とそうでない日がありました。
