Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyRoom itself and the bathroom is quite small, no garbage bin inside and tissues are not provided everyday. No small chair for sitting.
So near to the mrt station, many stores around the place. If you are looking for a place to stay that is budget friendly and you are not that picky and will just sleep at night - then this is not a bad choice. They clean and change towels everyday.

PhilippinesThe elevator is quite small, so it can feel a bit cramped, especially during busy hours. However, it moves quickly, so even if you have to wait, it’s usually just around 5 minutes. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or in a group.
I had a great stay at this place! The location is very accessible, just a short walk to the MTR, Avenue of Stars, restaurants, and pharmacies—making it super convenient for travelers. The room is a bit small, but you get what you pay for, and the cleanliness is excellent! They replace the towels daily and take out the trash regularly, which I really appreciate. The staff, especially Mr. Singh, are very helpful and always greet you with a smile, making the stay even more pleasant.

United KingdomQueuing for the lift in park hours was time consuming. The room we booked felt too small. The shower was faulty as it released burning hot water.
Very economic (cheapest we found), central location, easy nights sleep, easy to find. Very near to restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended if you’re ok a tight budget. HK is expensive and Delta Lounge offers a good solution. 24 hour access. I would be happy to stay again.
