Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PhilippinesCheck-in time is 3 PM, which is a little late compared to other hotels, where check-in is at 2 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM, meaning they are allotting 4 hours for clean-up?! That is a bit too much. Since HK is a tourist spot, it would be better if guests could check in early to enjoy the city more.
Location is 9 9-minute walk from the Olympic MTR station, which is good If you have a child and picky with food, there is a McDonald's across the street There are several stores and shops around the hotel

ThailandThe price is quite high as it's a 4-star hotel in the middle of HK, and the deal doesn't include breakfast. I should also mention that while the homepage said that the hotel provides an airport shuttle bus, the staff said this service has already been terminated. I ended up paying quite a sum of money for taxi.
The hotel is located right in the middle of Kowloon City, HK, which makes it very convenient to travel around the city. The hotel staff was nice and had great service mind. Not to mention that while the hotel room is compact, the interior design made it feel comfortable. What I like the most, however, is the fact that they provide a water container for me to refill water at the nearby water station instead of providing 2-3 plastic water bottles. It shows that the hotel management is serious about ESG.

Hotel is relatively clean and comfortable. There is a gym available and shuttle buses to certain hot spots. There is a filtered water station on each level which was very convenient.

The location is great and accessible to the metro stations, restaurants and shops. The staffs are very helpful and the bus shuttle is convenient especially when you need to be dropped off or picked up from the MTR stations. They even offer umbrellas to the guests in case it's raining outside.

MexicoThe room might feel a bit small if you’re traveling with more than one person or with large suitcases. Soundproofing could be improved. I could easily hear noise from nearby rooms and the hallway. There was no separate hand soap, only body wash in the shower, which wasn’t a big issue but slightly inconvenient. The staff was attentive, the place clean, and the hotel offers nice little touches like water dispensers on some floors, complimentary refreshing citrus water or candies at certain times of the day, and vending machines. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was great. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to popular spots every hour, round trip! Just keep in mind that the last return shuttle is at around 6 PM, which may feel a bit early for some, but it was very convenient overall. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and everything felt well maintained.

AustraliaAlthough a positive experience overall, I found the room to be quite small from what I remember looking at online. The hotel at times smelt damp and I understand the time of year it is raining on and off which I assume attributed to this, the foyer is quite modern but once inside the hotel it is a little dated.

United KingdomShower curtain - it’s a four stars hotel, I’d expect to have a shower without some cheap tatty curtain sticking to my legs. Also breakfast was rubbish, not many healthy options, mostly greasy oily food.
Good location close to Olympic MTR station for getting around the touristy spots in HK. Bed quite comfortable, and the shower had great pressure.
