Location is right next to the MTR exit. Staff are very friendly from the reception to housekeeping. Shoutout to friendly reception: Henry, Stephen, and Jim. I didn't get the names of the hoelusekeeping team, but they are superb as well. Highly recommendable.

The bed had bugs. My arms had a few bites. Staff at first said the room was not ready to check in at 3 pm. They didnt provide what i requested for a queen bed.

The walk to the actual train platform from exit A1 was quite long, and the walk from Central to Hong Kong Station was pretty far as well.

Bed and pillow was really comfortable. Room was pretty spacious too. Very good value for money.

A MTR station exit was located next to the hotel building. The building entrance was located off the main road at an alleyway. The hotel reception was located on the upper floor. The hotel was not new and had no grand entrance nor fancy design but our room was very spacious in Hong Kong standard. The level of comfort was also beyond our expectation. Our only concern was the old and worn towels but that didn’t bother us much as we brought our own towels.

Bed have to improve, the problem in HK hotels were always the mattress out of shape when lying down to sleep, a hotel must provide a reasonable comfort bed for resting.

Good location for buying dry goods and food was convenient to get nearby, MTR right below hotel although need to walk for few minutes.

VERY CLEAN ROOMS, LARGE FOR THREE PEOPLE, close to Macau ferry (10 min walk), the tram station right in front the hotel (just 3 HG dollars for one travel) , SAi Ying Pun metro station exit A2 at the corner of the building; 40-45 minutes with metro from the hotel to the airport.

Air conditioning is so noisy we had to turn it off at night. There is no real heating, so when the temperature dropped outside the last 3 days, it was really cold in the room. Not so close to where all the restaurants/bars are, but doable.

Great price/quality ratio to explore the city.

- wifi is too slow - mould in the bathroom - we set the ‚do not disturb‘ sign and so they called us to ask when the housekeeping can enter the room while we were sleeping

The bathroom sliding door had a column of slats in it which reduced privacy.

We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room, which was spacious and gave a good view over the city and the sea. The room was very cleaned, with towels changed daily, and the option for bedding changes on request. The shower was big, with free body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was very quiet, with no major outside noise. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room, with canned water provided daily. The hotel is right next to a subway exit, with a tram stop also nearby, making it very convenient to travel to the rest of Hong Kong.

The entrance to the hotel is through the alley which on the first day, we had to pass by all the rubbish bags. The security system is a bit questionable as it says to use access card to enter lift lobby but it's actually not locked even after 10pm. There didn't seem to be any water dispenser provided, only canned water and the rest of drinking water we had to boil them ourself. The rooms are very close to the rooms of the next building and did not realise at first so did not draw the curtains. Upon realising, had to draw the blinds.

Spacious toilet, sufficient space for 3 single beds, just beside Sai Ying Pun Exit A2, near to supermarket and some eateries. Walkable distance to the ferry terminal. Also, they truly live up to their eco name as they have many switches for respective lights such that there is sufficient control of lights and not 1 switch to control and manage all lights.
