Clean, neat, tidy and spacious. The staff made a Lil surprise that was very heart warming.

-I'm positive other hotels in HK would be worse, but it wasn't clean. I wouldn't even use the couch because it was stained. -The other reviews are absolutely right about the insanely hot water in the shower.

-The staff was very kind and helpful. -The price is definitely a good deal for the size of room, location, etc. -It's pretty close to anywhere worth going in Hong Kong. -Things other reviews criticized (not getting a tea set, not having towels, etc.) weren't a problem for me.

Light switches in the apartment is cumbersome, and some were not functioning. Very limited amnesties, only 2 bath towels, and not even hand towels or tissue papers at the kitchenette area

Good location, just 10-20mins walk to several MTR stations, friendly staff and spacious apartment space.

The most inconvenient thing was that there was no hand soup at the sink! You can have bath gel in the shower only, so if you want to wash your hands at the sink, you have to get the soap from the shower. There is no hand towel either. Sometimes the temperature of the water was like incredibly hot, and couldnt change at all (although i turned the handle to the cold one). Sometimes was cold even if i wanted warm one. There was NO safe.

The location is quite nice, although if you wanna use the metro often dont forget, that the TST station is about 10 min walk. The room is quite spacious for 1 person, but since there are not many places to put the clothes, for two people might be not big enough. I mostly had to dress from my luggage. This building must have been built some decades ago, quite obsolete. The staff is nice.

The furnishings of the room are a bit outdated, there were many signs of wear and tear.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The view from our room was also very good. The service was very courteous and all our requests were dealt with immediately.

This apartment has a big space inside, and all facilities are very nice & friendly. The location is very convenient. I just stayed one night but it was impressed about an Italian restaurant & 2 or 3 bars around. It was a wonderful stay in this hotel. I will choose it again if I got to Hongkong.

Very little to complain about, apart from some creative electrical wiring (dimmer switches didn't dim and the lighting options in the room were unhelpful) and a glass shower (fine for us, not for everyone). The fridge could have been better quality - worked much better if the cupboard was kept open and the room AC was kept on.

Candy姊 at the front desk was the BEST! She made sure we were prepared for the weather and went out of her way to ensure we made a flight during a T8 storm. The other team members were also lovely and very accommodating of our awkward check in and out times. The room was well fitted - loads of space to hang and put away clothing/items, fridge, place to sit and work, charge electrical equipment. Walking distance of TST and MTR.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Habyt with my family! Great location and spacious room! We were 3 and I can’t imagine another hotel could provide so spacious room for such a fair price! A lot of bars and cheap restaurants right around the hotel!

The door of the shower should be translucent not fully transparent, rest fine.

I liked the bed and the independence to get into the building not passing through front desk, also very easy about checking in.

Location not the best as it is not very near train station. Taxi also mostly cannot locate the hotel often mix up Austin Avenue with Austin road.

The shower was terrible! It was hot and it had pressure, but the mechanism which holds the shower head was broken, so it spins around. As one turns the shower on, the water pressure pushes it up and it flies water out horizontally. This resulted in me spraying water out in the room on our first night by accident, and also our faces getting regularly sprayed while having a shower. The temperature fluctuated heaps too, becoming scolding hot for no apparent reason.

The room was very spacious which allowed us to repack all our bags on our way to the UK. The lifts were also very fast. My partner and I love exploring cities, so the fact it was walking distance to the business area on Kowloon was great. Temple Street is only a 15 walk too. Hong Kong side is quite the journey, and we only went across once.

Charging stations within the room were a bit poor.

I liked the style of the hotel and rooms. It was very industrial and it's very well managed within the room as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was nice with bus stops close, metro stations at 10 min walking and lots of shops and restaurants around.

The hotel is situated down a side street so can be difficult to locate at night.

The corner of the floor was dusty. The paper didn’t flush in the toilet.

The space (sqm) and modern interior made settling in for my busy schedule easy. The entry is subtle with a mystic as the lobby is on L3. Also, each floor is only 3 apartments. So very quiet.
