I & my husband have been staying 3 nites (23 - 26 Aug) thru agoda, my son 4 nites (23 - 27 Aug) thru agoda (3 nites) and booking.com (the last nite 26 - 27 Aug) in other room amd then when we come back from shenzhen on 31 Aug and stay for another 3 nites for 2 rooms (both and each nite thru booking.com), they are not treating us special to upgrade the room or give good view, instead my bathroom has some long hair in floor drain before I take a bath and also the spring bed is old already this time, not cozy to sleep.

Hong Kong was extremely hot in July 2025, yet the hotel did not provide the basic amenities, water in the rooms and they did not provide toothbrush to guest.

We stayed at this 5 star luxury hotel located in the heart of Hong Kong island. Our floor had a scenic view of the harbour. The room was quite small, it looked and felt dated, everything felt old inside in comparison to the grand reception. The breakfast on the 42 floor was was very good, there was a good selection to choose from and the view of the harbour from the breakfast area was absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning with spectacular views of the Victoria harbour skyline. The reception and entrance is quite grand. There are good facilities including a roof top swimming pool, fitness centre and spa. It is located near various shopping, dining, local restaurants and entertainment districts and is just 3 minutes walk from Fortress Hill Station.

Interiors slightly dated - but not a problem at all

Great location, not far from Fortress Hill MTR. Very accessible. Comfortable bed, room cleaned daily. Nice pool and lovely views across the harbour.

Comfortable in a good location. A few late night eateries in the area for when you land late. Staff were pleasant. Gym facilities were passable.

Spotlessly clean and good location within Hong Kong (Subway is a 3 minute walk from the hotel). Check in / check out was a smooth process, and staff were kind and friendly. 7/11 supermarket is 1 minute walk from the hotel too which is open 24/7.

Great hotel, next to water. Wonderful lobby, very nice employees. The rooms are a bit older, but still very good condition and clean. We had a room on higher floors, views of the harbor. A mid size pool, that made the stay even better. The breakfast had large selection but the key was the view from the 41st floor. That is amazing view of the city, probably the best view for breakfast I have ever seen. Close to restaurants and shops, take a taxi to all the sights, within 15-20 min to get anywhere you need. I recommend this hotel, since the prices were reasonable. A really 5 star experience.

Room was smaller than I had anticipated, but big enough for two. Refrigerator didn't work, but was replaced as soon as I called housekeeping. No free amenities other than body wash and shampoo. Everything else was charged for.

Staff were responsive and friendly, lobby is impressive. Bed was large and comfortable, plenty of pillows and large bath area. View of harbor was great.

I suggest you could improve noise cancelling between the door and hallway. And some room interior updates could freshen up the overall look and feel at least in the room I stayed.

Everything worked as you might expect in hotel like this. Staff was very polite and professional, plenty of breakfast options, room was kept tidy all the time. Very convenient location to explore the city as MTR station is nearby.
