住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1-10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加,然後將總分除以收到的評分數量,計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統,意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外,住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」,例如:地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意,住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數,因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿,或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住,都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語,請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語,若有需要,也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處,也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊,以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上,不論是正評或負評,我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語:
- 政治敏感評論
- 宣傳內容
- 非法活動
- 個人或敏感資訊(例如電子郵件、電話號碼或信用卡資訊)
- 髒話、與性相關的內容、仇恨言論、歧視性言論、威脅或暴力相關內容
- 垃圾訊息和造假內容
- 虐待動物
- 冒充他人身分(例如,撰寫評語者冒充他人身分)
- 任何違反我們評語撰寫指南的內容。
為確保顧客能找到實用的評語,我們僅接受在退房後 3 個月內送出的評語,而且當評語在頁面上顯示超過 36 個月,或者住宿有所有權變更的情況時,我們就會停止顯示這些評語。
住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時,最新的評語會顯示在最上方,同時還會取決於其他一些因素(評語所用的語言,該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等)。若有需要,您可以將評語排序和/或篩選(按年份、評語分數等)。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時,我們會有清楚說明。
評語標準與準則
這些標準與準則目的是確保 Booking.com 網站上的內容是相關性高、適合全家觀看,沒有過於強烈極端的表達言論,我們也會避免敏感資訊和議題的評論。
內容需與旅遊相關。最實用的評語是詳細的敘述並能幫助他人作出決定的內容。請避免針對個人言論攻擊、政治話題、道德或宗教議題。促銷相關內容將被刪除,關於 Booking.com 的服務問題將轉至客戶服務或住宿服務團隊處理。
發表內容需適合全球用戶閱讀 請勿嘗試以各種語言的特殊寫法表達褻瀆的字詞,任何涉及仇恨言論、歧視性言詞、威脅、色情、暴力或鼓吹非法行為之言論都是不允許的。
用心撰寫獨立的旅客回覆評語的寶貴之處在於其原創性,您可以依據自己的經驗書寫。Booking.com 的住宿合作夥伴不能代表旅客發表評論,或提供獎勵換取好評。以不當手法惡意降低競爭同業評分之行為將不被接受。
尊重他人隱私 Booking.com 會致力維護 Email、電話號碼、網站地址、社交平台帳號及其他個人資料的保密。
於 Booking.com 網站上發表意見的是住客及住宿單位,而非代表 Booking.com。Booking.com 不為任何評論或回覆之言論負責。Booking.com 只是言論傳播者(沒有審核之義務)並非發布者。
系統預設評語排序依據為:發出評語日期、相關程度高,並可能包含但不只限於:您使用的語言、包含文字內容的評語、非匿名評語。還有其他排序方式可用(旅客類型、分數…等等)。

真實住客評語booking和这家酒店都太差劲了,做事没交代。我们预定了三晚,最后一天临时加了一晚但随即因为工作得离开并联系酒店和booking帮我们改日期入住或退款,booking客服主动说帮忙联系酒店取消后消失不回信息并正常扣款!!!同时酒店也不回复说自己无法处理要自己联系,踢皮球一样!这种五钻酒店这种服务意识以及booking这种没交代的服务体系让我深感失望!奉劝别预定这种没有一点人文和服务的酒店,同时也别在booking上预定!

真實住客評語地点可以,有地铁有公车,房间设施也还说得过去,对于这个价位,也不能挑剔,空调有些吵。
印象最深就是碰到几个前台办理入住人员,相当不友好!这是我在香港其他酒店从未经历的,给与这些服务人员超级差评。另外动不动就火警演戏,不知何故,非常影响休息。
