Thanks for your stay and comment. Please understand that we are one of the hotel from the building, therefore you have to share the elevator with other people. The entrance and corridor are managing by the management team from the building, we will remind them about the cleanliness. We also appreciate your understanding about the living condition or size's issue in Hong Kong as we are running a budget hotel. In addition, we change the towel and trash bag for the guests everyday if it's necessary, and our staff is working there during the office hours. Finally, we hopefully offer a nice place for our guests to stay in the future.
