Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaWould love to have a little bit more security so you feel more safe in terms of entry/ exit of the building/ access to the floor. Also, the digital lock at the door is quite loud in terms of unlocking and locking (it makes some kind of an announcement) that you feel like your neighbours would know when you enter/ exit your room. I think this is due to the nature of plumbing in HK, you can hear your neighbouring room using the shower/ sink with the turning on/ off of the tap.
Great location in terms of accessibility to public transport (ding ding, bus, MTR) and airport transport (Bus). Unfortunately it is between 2 MTR station and so there will be some walking involved if you are planning to catch the MTR to the hotel. It is a small hotel in terms of the block rooms available; each floor has only 3 rooms and there is a HK dessert shop next to the entrance. Even though it is on the main road, it is reasonably quiet (we were staying on 13th floor if I remembered correctly). Staff is polite. The room is actually reasonably roomy in the context of what a hotel room could be; there is no need for one person to climb over another person to get to bathroom/ exit etc. Kettle, instant coffee and tea bags provided. Great hot water supply and water pressure. Knowing it is a cheaper hotel in comparison to hotels nearby (especially the location it is in), it has definitely met my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness and accessibility.

PakistanAs we weren't looking for something out of the ordinary, we didn't have much expectations from the hotel. The property is small but they should have a breakfast buffet floor too. It will definitely boost up their demand.
Since we went for business, the hotel met our needs of just crashing at night and leaving in the morning. The location was good, Halal food was also in under 10 mins walk, shopping areas was also under 10 mins and even the metro. The place doesn't have breakfast available.

CanadaThe hotel was still undergoing renovations in March, which means that amenities were upgraded. It is a very convenient location - 5 min walk to/from the Causeway Bay MTR, and practically next to the MTR is the massive Times Square Mall.

United KingdomIn between 2 MTR stops so had to walk some way to get on the train. No body wash refill provided in one bedroom when it ran out & no soap refill in the other. There was also a drain in the middle of the bathroom which was persistently wet. We requested an extra pillow from the cleaner which never arrived. The lobby was restricted due to refurbishment making it inconvenient whilst waiting for the elevator due to lack of area.
Nice hotel, which was small with what appeared to be only ?3 rooms per floor but very tall. We had decent sized rooms for Hong Kong with comfy beds. The fancy toilet seat was very intricately designed. Lively area with convenience stores, department strores, malls and restaurants all around. Easy to reach from the airport on the A11 airport bus stopping almost outside.

The hotel was near bus stops. And a little walk away from the MTR. The rooms were bigger than I expected esp the room for 3. The rooms were clean enough.
