Just needs a bit of more cleaning. Though we don't really mind it because we only use the room for sleeping and we spent the whole day roaming around the beautiful city.

The location is just so PERFECT! It's in the city centre and everything is very accessible, 7/11 is just right next to it. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Most of all, the metro station is just a few steps away! Comfortable, secured, and really convenient for a budget hotel. I highly recommend this place.

The room is constrained by the building so it is what it is. I could say there's nowhere really to hang clothes but then there's nowhere to put a full length wardrobe, so your clothes pile up on top of the safe. I took extra clothes hangers with me and hung shirts from the curtain rail instead.

Great location right by the MTR and near to many restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Central and the piers. Great price for the area. Room has the basics that you need. Good for me as a solo traveller, I wouldn't want to stay in a room so small with someone else for more than a couple of days, though.

The bed is too small. The full size bed in fact is like a twin bed! And the rooms are not soundproofed. And I found ants in the room!

After an 19 hour flight the check in process was very slow. Also I arrived during a typhoon 8. As a solo female traveller I asked to store my big luggage bag because there were no taxis the next morning and the typhoon 8 was still active. The lady at reception said I need to come back and collect my bag before 9pm that night. Due to the typhoon situation I was unable to make it that evening. I arrived the next morning at 11am and was told I needed to pay 100HKD for storage. This was never mentioned and no mercy was given even though I was stuck in a typhoon. The bag was not even in storage but left in the hallway. Was very disappointed I refused to pay the storage fee and I left. The lady at reception was not understanding and was quite rude. Will not stay here again.

The door should have put some absorption to prevent someone who does not realize making a hard noise when closing the door. In addition, the bin in the living room should be bigger.

It's a very nice location. I can go anywhere conveniently. I can find several food and drinks with various choices. The convenience store, drug store. The room and toilet are clean, floor is clean (I check by cleaning the floor by myself).
