Booked apartment (4A) Great place, 2 Aircon, and basic kitchen equipment. 2 mins walk to MTR (use your foreign credit card for access). Taxis to hail frequently drive by, but Uber works fine. Links to airport express train (separate ticket required). Loads of restaurants, shops, etc. all close. Would thoroughly recommend.

Staffs there are very helpful and nice. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday by the staffs. Location is very convenient.

The only downside is the room decor and furniture were out dated. The paint on the wall is chipped and the bed is old.

It is great value for your money. Highly recommended.

The staff is really nice, the room spacious and with an amazing view! The facility is close to the metro and the wifi super! It couldn't get any better than this! We highly recommend it!

Spacious for Hong Kong standards, very well connected, friendly and helpful staff, always very clean, free coffee available (difficult to find in the area), nice common area to rest, good high views, very well located accomodation with everything around (shops, restaurants, night market, temple, banks), near MTR metro and a handful of buses. We stayed as a family of 4 with 1 toddler and 1 elderly and it was easy. The well equipped kitchenette in the room made it really handful. The beds were very comfortable (international standards, not the old Chinese style if you understood), and large enough to sleep with our toddler, just exactly tight. We had everything we needed, it was a fantastic 12 days' stay. We really liked this "homey" residence. Back to HK to visit friends and relatives, it was a very good option.

It's not an issue for us, but the furniture (especially wooden cabinets and kitchen) is a bit old, we understand that Hong Kong humidity doesn't help. They have a cargo lift for the 1st floor until reception, it works slow and needs some understanding to operate, so we were taking the few steps of stairs up and down (elderly was actually OK so far, doing it slow, needed to be careful because it may be slippery some times especially after raining, it is a narrow staircase with a bit of turn, made of white stones maybe marble. Toddler always running needed to be careful). Anyways, if needed, the cargo elevator was always available, so it's actually not an issue!

It's a spacious flat with simple kitchenware. All the staff are nice and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - 5 mins to subway. Very good supermarket 5 minutes away. Loved the communal coffee machine and cold water dispenser. The apartment was spacious. Really enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Lot of space for 4 big luggage, Walk about 5 mins to MTR station. Lots of eatery.

Homy Residence @ Hong Kong – Room 4B (5D4N Stay) Conveniently located within walking distance to Yau Ma Tei MTR Exit C, near Nathan Road. Few convenience shops nearby like 7-Eleven, Circle K and Mannings. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom well-maintained, and daily cleaning was provided. While the building exterior looks run-down, the interior is comfortable and matches the photos shown online. There is a lift provided, and the free Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout our stay. There was no daily bottled water supply, so we bought water from the convenience store next door. We always bring our own disposable towels, so we have no comment on towel quality. We were two female travelers, and each had our own bed—considering the price paid, it offered great value for money. The area is literally quieter and less touristy compared to more crowded districts like Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. Most nearby shops of this building are local stores selling local kitchenware, giving it a more authentic neighborhood feel. I also suggest staying in this area as the roads are flat and easy to navigate, unlike Central, which has many staircases and uneven streets. Highly recommended food hunt: Try the coconut chicken soup along Nathan Road, and don’t miss the best polo bun at Kam Wah Café (C&C Shop). Overall a solid choice for a clean, comfortable, and convenient city stay.

I recommend keeping the toilet lid closed at all times, especially each flushing, as there was an unpleasant smell came from the toilet bowl — this issue was resolved by keeping the lid closed. The air-conditioning wasn’t very strong, but it was manageable during early May.

Location good if you want the real Hong Kong .Temple Street markets very close
