住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：
- 政治敏感評論
- 宣傳內容
- 非法活動
- 個人或敏感資訊（例如電子郵件、電話號碼或信用卡資訊）
- 髒話、與性相關的內容、仇恨言論、歧視性言論、威脅或暴力相關內容
- 垃圾訊息和造假內容
- 虐待動物
- 冒充他人身分（例如，撰寫評語者冒充他人身分）
- 任何違反我們評語撰寫指南的內容。
為確保顧客能找到實用的評語，我們僅接受在退房後 3 個月內送出的評語，而且當評語在頁面上顯示超過 36 個月，或者住宿有所有權變更的情況時，我們就會停止顯示這些評語。
住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。
評語標準與準則
這些標準與準則目的是確保 Booking.com 網站上的內容是相關性高、適合全家觀看，沒有過於強烈極端的表達言論，我們也會避免敏感資訊和議題的評論。
內容需與旅遊相關。最實用的評語是詳細的敘述並能幫助他人作出決定的內容。請避免針對個人言論攻擊、政治話題、道德或宗教議題。促銷相關內容將被刪除，關於 Booking.com 的服務問題將轉至客戶服務或住宿服務團隊處理。
發表內容需適合全球用戶閱讀 請勿嘗試以各種語言的特殊寫法表達褻瀆的字詞，任何涉及仇恨言論、歧視性言詞、威脅、色情、暴力或鼓吹非法行為之言論都是不允許的。
用心撰寫獨立的旅客回覆評語的寶貴之處在於其原創性，您可以依據自己的經驗書寫。Booking.com 的住宿合作夥伴不能代表旅客發表評論，或提供獎勵換取好評。以不當手法惡意降低競爭同業評分之行為將不被接受。
尊重他人隱私 Booking.com 會致力維護 Email、電話號碼、網站地址、社交平台帳號及其他個人資料的保密。

住宿地點有點難找，消毒水味很重，提供的毛巾不是很乾淨，check in時的狀況有點混亂

隔音設備真的不是很好，有些旅客因為晚回來的關係凌晨也會有說話聲，如果需要很深度睡眠的的旅客應該沒辦法接受

The unique feature of guesthouses in Hong Kong is that rooms are partitioned within a unit. As a result, the soundproofing may be slightly less effective compared to hotels. Additionally, as we are located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the surrounding streets remain busy with both pedestrian and vehicle traffic even at night, which may cause some noise. If you prefer a quieter environment, we recommend choosing a windowless room, as these tend to be much quieter. Thank you for your understanding. 真實住客評語乾淨，價格便宜。地理位置太好了，可以說是正在市中心。如果想要找一個方便且便宜的住所，這裡比較適合。員工非常友好有求必應。我們白天基本都在外出，只是想找一個落腳的地方，所以性價比是我們最看重的，並不是追求奢華的住宿體驗。我們也對比過很多家賓館/青年旅舍，最後才選擇了這裡。適合不挑剔的旅行者。
冷氣老舊，洗手間沒有乾濕分離而且很小，洗澡會弄得整個浴室都濕掉⋯比較潮濕

您好，非常抱歉給您帶來了不好的體驗。我們的浴室大多都沒有窗戶，可能相對來說會比較悶一些。請您打開排氣扇進行通風。我們的布草都是交由洗衣公司，我們也會督促洗衣公司進行徹底的洗滌。如果您覺得床單不干淨，我們隨時可以幫您進行更換。我們的清潔姐姐在將房間交給您之前都會進行徹底的打掃，如果在您入住期間您對房間有任何的不滿，您都可以隨時向我們的員工提出，我們一定會幫您解決問題。感謝您的支持與體諒。

真實住客評語这里的交通比较方便，楼下就是地铁站，附近尖沙咀也有很多景点可以打卡～
大厦比较老旧，香港这边房间挺小的

Tsim Sha Tsui is the center of Hong Kong, with convenient transportation, and location, hostel building downstairs is the MTR station, so to go to any place in Hong Kong is very convenient - a few minutes walk to the Victoria Harbor, and behind the building is the ultra-busy shopping mall Harbour City, take the Star Ferry can be across the sea to the Hong Kong Island, so it has become a lot of tourists’ choice.
