The staff amazing and helpful It was very clean

The photos on booking .com are different than reality , the hotel is very very small , rooms are very tiny , ceiling is too short , literally u hit the ceiling if u are a bit tall . The value for money is not worth it , I paid 684 US for four nights , which is a lot for such a boutique or even 3 stars hotel in that area , we moved now to a cheaper far Better with harbour view. I don’t recommend with these rates , they should reconsider the prices .

A little tired and not as clean as I would have hoped. Bathrooms need a deep clean, still hair on the floor.

The room was large and functional, it had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. The free coffee and soft drinks throughout the day was a bonus. The location was ideal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Mini bar near by reception. Summer is really hot, everyday we came back or took rest in the afternoon, there always served chill beverages 😙

The curtain let light in directly onto my face (bed was next to the wall). It's a little far from a subway station but buses and taxis are convenient

The lounge is really cute, room really nice (small ish but it is Hong Kong) and the staff cannot not do enough for you

Beautiful design for both the rooms and the common areas. The room was very spacious. The gym is small but well equipped. There is also a very convenient water fountain in the hall.

Noisy AC and uncomfortable beds made for a not so great night’s sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to the lounge area with coffee, drinks and "happy hour" is great, particularly when you arrive there after a long flight. Beautiful space as well.

Great place! The room was spacious and clean, the reception very helpful and it’s located in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and shops (also public transport) nearby. There is even a complimentary bar where you get get water, coffee, sodas and even alcohol for free during happy hour! They also have books and board games for the guest to use. Absolutely recommended if you have a stop in Hong Kong island!

It felt like home

Kinda in between two mtr stations, but not that far from either. Also, the reception area is not on the ground floor

The ambience of the hotel is great. Warm and you feel comfortable right away. Especially after a long plan ride into the country. It's close to the Buses, Trams and MTR. A few minutes to walk, and convenient.

Nothing much to gripe about, other than the coffee machine in the room that required descaling. They never attended to it no matter how many times I told the staff. But that isn't a deal breaker.

As a first timer traveling to HK it was hard to find the hotel due to its inside a building. That being said, it’s easy after 2 times
