クチコミの仕組み
クチコミスコアは、それぞれ1～10の間で評価されます。総合スコアは、弊社が受け取ったクチコミスコアを合計し、その合計を弊社が受け取ったクチコミスコアの件数で割って表示しています。弊社のクチコミシステムには、クチコミが最近のものであればあるほど、クチコミスコアの算出における比重が大きくなるシステムを採用しています。またゲストは、ロケーション、清潔さ、スタッフ、快適さ、施設・設備、お得感、無料WiFiなど、重要な項目で個別に「サブスコア」を付けることができます。なお、ゲストはサブスコアと総合スコアを別々に提出するため、両者に直接的な関連性はありません。
お客様が弊社のプラットフォームを通じて予約された宿泊施設に滞在された場合、または当該施設に到着したものの実際には滞在しなかった場合、当該施設についてクチコミを投稿することができます。すでに投稿済みのクチコミを編集するには、弊社カスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください。
弊社には、弊社プラットフォームへ投稿された偽のクチコミの検出に特化した人材および自動化されたシステムがあります。偽のクチコミを見つけた場合、弊社はそれらを削除し、必要な場合は責任を負うべき人物に対して措置を講じます。
その他の方が不審な投稿等を発見された場合には、弊社の詐欺対策部門が調査を行えるよう、弊社カスタマーサービスまでいつでもご報告いただけます。
肯定的なものであれ否定的なものであれ、弊社が受け取ったクチコミをすべて公開することが理想的ではあるものの、弊社は（とりわけ）以下を含んだり、以下について言及するクチコミを表示しません。

宿泊施設は、クチコミに対して返信することができます。
複数のクチコミが表示される場合、最新のものが一番上に表示されますが、クチコミの言語、評価だけかコメントも記載されているかなど、その他のいくつかの要因も影響します。ご希望の場合は、時期、クチコミスコアなどによる並べ替えもしくは絞り込み、またはその両方をすることが可能です。
弊社では、外部の著名な旅行サイトからのクチコミスコアを表示することがあります。こちらが行われる場合は、弊社にてその旨を明示いたします。
クチコミのガイドラインと基準
ガイドラインと基準は投稿文の表現に制約を加えることなく、Booking.comに掲載されるコンテンツを有意義かつ家庭でも安心して閲覧できる内容に維持するために設けられています。これらガイドラインと基準は、投稿文の主旨にかかわらず適用されます。
投稿文は旅行に関連している必要があります。具体的で、他のユーザーの宿泊施設選びに役立つようなものが理想的な投稿文です。個人的、政治的、倫理的、宗教的なコメントは記入しないでください。宣伝目的の記述は削除されます。Booking.comのサービスに関するご意見・お問い合わせは、弊社カスタマーサービスチームにご連絡ください。
投稿文は世界中の誰が見ても適切な内容である必要があります。罵り言葉、別のスペルを用いて罵り言葉に似せた言葉はどの言語においても使用を控えてください。「ヘイトスピーチ」、差別的表現、脅威、性的表現、乱暴な表現、違法行為の助長を含むコメントおよびメディアは禁止されています。
コンテンツはすべて偽りなく、ゲスト固有のものである必要があります。クチコミは固有かつ公平であってこそ、その価値を発揮します。あなたの投稿文はあなたの意見でなければなりません。Booking.comの提携宿泊施設がゲストに代わってクチコミを投稿したり、クチコミ投稿と引き換えにゲストに報酬を渡すことは許可されていません。競合施設に低評価のクチコミを投稿してスコアを下げようとする試みは禁止されています。

宿泊確認済み奮発してエグゼクティブシービュースイートに宿泊したので、部屋は文句無しでした。またクラブラウンジは、チェックイン後にアフタヌーンティー、17:30から軽食とアルコール各種が楽しめますが、何よりも接客サービスが最高です。非日常感と癒しを求めてまた来ます。
言わば香港あるあるですが、部屋のエアコンが設定最大の28℃で最小風量にしても効き過ぎです(電源は、カードキーを抜かない限りオフに出来ず)。

宿泊確認済み部屋が広くて、スーツケースが広げられ、ソファーもあり、使いやすかったです。 洗面台が大きく、トイレ、バスタブ、シャワー、すべて独立していて 広くてこちらも使いやすかったです。
部屋の指定は、どういうふうにしたのか忘れてしまいましたが カーテンを開けるとプール、同じ目線、というお部屋でした。 窓は開きませんが、ちょっと怖いので、カーテンをあまり開けられませんでした。

宿泊確認済み部屋もバスルームがとても広く、快適でした。フロントの方も親切で、フェリー乗り場もすぐそば、帰りは空港エクスプレス発着駅まで無料シャトルバスもあり、便利。
部屋に入った時に少し独特の匂いがしました。また、駅からは少し歩きます。

宿泊確認済みホテルは綺麗でお部屋も広く明るく、快適な滞在でした。 スタッフの方も皆さんとっても親切です。 朝のビュッフェは大満足です。新鮮な野菜、中華、天津，和食、洋食，インド料理、いろいろなものがたくさんあり、4泊しましたが，飽きることなく楽しめました。
クラブラウンジを利用しましたが、以前はアルコールや軽食もあったと記憶していますが、 今回は軽食はありませんでした。

宿泊確認済みワンポアまで歩いてすぐなので、買い物にも食事にも全く不便を感じない。 プロムナードに沿って歩くと尖東まで15分、尖沙咀の中心まででも20分強、なので徒歩範囲。 ホテル前から、セントラルへもノースポイントへもフェリーが出ているので、香港島へ渡るのにも便利。 今回宿泊したシービューデラックスルームは、窓がノースポイント向きだったが、クラブルームならセントラルの夜景がきれいに見えそう。 海側の部屋だと大きな道路が無いので、非常に静か。船の音はたまにするが、それも趣き。
ホンハム駅からの移動手段が不便。13Mのミニバスがホンハムからホテル下のターミナルまで有るとの情報だったが、結局見つけられず。MTR利用だと、多少苦労する。 ホテルのシャトルバスが走っているのを見たが、ホテルでの案内が無く使い方が不明。
