Food was expensive for what you got. The quality and taste was fine but fell short on the quantity. Not a large selection of Beers either.

The foyer was well kept, reception was very accommodating and responsive to questions and queries. There are plenty of elevators and not much team waiting for one. The rooms were excellent and great selection in the minibar. Bathrooms were well appointed and the hotel was walking distance to key areas to visit.

Our room was on 16th floor and the elevator was uo to 15th floor only. Then we have to walk. This is not convenience if you have a big lugguage.

The room is big, clean and bright. The location is great, near a bus stop and shopping area. Very convenience! The bath room is also big and the hotel provide all toiletries. You ask for water and ice. Enjoy spending my vacation here.

Bathroom tap was sometimes noisy (think it's the piping problem) and weighing machine had no battery - I could have informed housekeeping but i forgot. But these were not major.

Staff were helpful and professional - from front desk to the executive lounge to the concierge and housekeeping too! The executive lounge was a saviour - especially when we didn't have time for meals!!

Long Quee more than 30 minutes for check in at the lobby front desk. No sushi and smoked salmon at buffet breakfast. Every guess can access every floor except inside the room.

The view (of the street and another building) was so grim we just kept the curtains shut, but fair enough we weren't there for the view! They were a bit unclear on how the charges work (i.e. they pre-charged an extra 500HKD for "incidentals", and took two payments at random times rather than one charge) which isn't great when it's a special treat you saved up for. We chose not to get the breakfast because it seemed a bit overpriced for what you'd get; also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work, so we just had tea instead. Lastly, we're a gay couple, and the receptionist seemed to think we booked a king-size bed by mistake. 😂 When I said no, we wanted the king-size bed, he said "ah, I understand" which we thought was a little funny - not sure anyone would have said that to a straight couple!

This was our first five star hotel experience for a birthday treat, and it was really nice. This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, including a gorgeous rooftop pool. The staff was uniformly attentive and kind - when we couldn't find a wheelchair accessible entrance the reception staff walked us all the way around to one, they were helpful in changing a dinner reservation time, and they delivered us an extra pillow to the room at nearly midnight! The bed was HUGE and amazingly comfortable, and we could Chromecast to the TV and watch some Star Trek on Netflix as we lounged in fluffy robes and slippers. On our second day, we had the buffet at The Food Galleria and it was really good; the desserts especially were fantastic. The chefs and waiters were all very helpful and eager to tell us about the food. We left absolutely groaningly full - I went back three times for more dessert! All in all, we had a great time and would definitely come back for a special occasion.

Room is a bit dated. There is an unpleasant smell when we entered the room. We were upgraded to city view room, however, there is no city view. The window is just facing the opposite building.

Outstanding staff and excellent location. Good value in otherwise expensive 5 star market in Kowloon. Excellent, responsive communication with front desk and concierge through WhatsApp motivated upon check in.
