お客様が弊社のプラットフォームを通じて予約された宿泊施設に滞在された場合、または当該施設に到着したものの実際には滞在しなかった場合、当該施設についてクチコミを投稿することができます。すでに投稿済みのクチコミを編集するには、弊社カスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください。
弊社には、弊社プラットフォームへ投稿された偽のクチコミの検出に特化した人材および自動化されたシステムがあります。偽のクチコミを見つけた場合、弊社はそれらを削除し、必要な場合は責任を負うべき人物に対して措置を講じます。
その他の方が不審な投稿等を発見された場合には、弊社の詐欺対策部門が調査を行えるよう、弊社カスタマーサービスまでいつでもご報告いただけます。
肯定的なものであれ否定的なものであれ、弊社が受け取ったクチコミをすべて公開することが理想的ではあるものの、弊社は（とりわけ）以下を含んだり、以下について言及するクチコミを表示しません。

- 広告・宣伝的なコンテンツ

クチコミの妥当性を確保するために、弊社はチェックアウト後3ヶ月以内に投稿されたクチコミのみを受け付ける可能性があり、また投稿されてから36ヶ月が経過している場合、または当該の宿泊施設の所有者が変更された場合は、弊社はクチコミの表示を停止する可能性があります。
宿泊施設は、クチコミに対して返信することができます。
複数のクチコミが表示される場合、最新のものが一番上に表示されますが、クチコミの言語、評価だけかコメントも記載されているかなど、その他のいくつかの要因も影響します。ご希望の場合は、時期、クチコミスコアなどによる並べ替えもしくは絞り込み、またはその両方をすることが可能です。
弊社では、外部の著名な旅行サイトからのクチコミスコアを表示することがあります。こちらが行われる場合は、弊社にてその旨を明示いたします。
クチコミのガイドラインと基準
ガイドラインと基準は投稿文の表現に制約を加えることなく、Booking.comに掲載されるコンテンツを有意義かつ家庭でも安心して閲覧できる内容に維持するために設けられています。これらガイドラインと基準は、投稿文の主旨にかかわらず適用されます。

宿泊確認済み・栄えている地域にあり観光に便利 ・大きめのベッドの部屋とシングルサイズのベッドの部屋で寝室が2つあり広々使える ・クローゼットが鏡張りなのでヘアセットなどに便利
・コンセントの位置が悪くドライヤーする場所に困る (ベッドサイドにUSB タイプCがさせるようになっていたので複数充電したいなどなければ困らないと思う)

枕元の時計が虹色に眩しく光っていて消灯するための操作がわかりにくかったです

宿泊確認済みまずは、香港でこんなに便利な立地なのに部屋が広い。ジャグジーがある。ルーフトップバーもある。(ハッピーアワーに行くべし) その他空港バス停からの近さ、近所に水が安い商店あり、観光向のナイトマーケットやフードコートも徒歩圏内。 観光拠点としてすごく助かりました。
これは仕方ないのかもですが、水回りの臭い。 あと、あまり騒音が気にならない造りですが、初日に他の部屋のガタガタが気になったくらい。 全然我慢できます！

宿泊確認済み地下鉄駅から近い、周辺飲食店沢山ある。 無料に部屋をアップグレードし窓からめっちゃいい景色が見えできた。
フォアが少し薄く、外の音が聴けます。

宿泊確認済み駅から近くて交通の便が良い。高層の部屋のせいもあるが静かだった。
チェックイン時にクレジットで宿泊代を支払ったが、領収証はチェックアウト時に渡すと言われた。しかし、早朝チェックアウト時、聞いたけれど何も渡されなかった。

宿泊確認済み特筆すべき点はあまりないが、日本のビジネスホテルをより快適にした感じであった。 アメリカやヨーロッパで同額でこのクオリティは受けられないので、お値打ち感はある。
ホテルすぐの大通りの反対側に渡る横断歩道までの距離が少しある。 目の前に建設中のビルがあるため、カーテンは閉めておく必要がある。

宿泊確認済み駅近で周りに飲食店やセブン、スーパーなどあり便利です。ドライヤー、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが付いています。無料のスナック菓子、水、コーラ、ティーパックがあります。スタッフも良かったです。
ベッド脇のコンセントが一つしかなく不便。シャワーのお湯が安定しない(出ないわけではないので許容範囲)。ホテルの周りが少し暗い。洗面台にコンセントがあればなと思いました。

ベッド周りに日本のコンセントが刺さるところがなく、ドライヤーコンセントの所まで行かないと無いのが不便
