It is Ok

1.The location is convenient. 2.Shopping areas were within walking distance and lots of eateries. 3.There is a direct bus (A21) to the airport.

1.the hotel room did not have enough hooks to hang clothes 2.The walking distance to the nearest MTR station (Jordan) was quite a walk esp during this humid weather.

Family room which can comfortably fit a family of 6! Location is very good too. It's a plus that Starbucks is just at the ground floor of the hotel.

Breakfast can do some improvement as to food options and as to taste. Some of the food tasted bland and/or dry.

The staff was great and allowed us to work from the lounge while waiting for our room on the day of arrival. The staff was kind and ready to help, from receptionists to cleaning personnel. Breakfast was great, with vast choice, and the staff there was also amazing. The room was impressively big for that price in Hong Kong, and very clean.

The location is fine in Jordan. The staff were nice too.

Quite obsolete. The normal room is hardly big enough for two people with luggages. The wardrobe is quite small. The gym is very small, and no only barbells. You can see the switches on the pic.

We stayed at Nathan Hotel during the storm, when our flight was canceled, and our trip to Disneyland was interrupted. Apparently, Nathan Hotel turned out to be a great choice for our family. The room was spacious and comfortable for families, and its central location allowed us to walk around town after the storm. There were also several Halal food options available around the hotel

Nathan Hotel has been renovating its restaurant on the upper level, so guests need to pass through a dusty pathway to reach the breakfast area. Another point is that the lobby staff need improvement, as they tended to be careless. Perhaps the storm situation contributed to this. Guests should also check their reservations carefully

The location of the hotel as it is near to the train station and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby.. The housekeeping staff are polite and very attentive to our needs.

Needs improvement: The concierge / reception are not very helpful when we ask for directions and have shown no interest in assisting us. The view in our hotel is a building , so we did not like it.

Breakfast itself v.good but sadly the whole 15th floor was being renovated and for one who has mobility issues - climbing 13 stairs was challenging (so only hope the lift will be extended).
