Some of the bed linen and towels had stains in them.

The staff were extremely kind to assist me whenever I needed something. They also gave number of suggestions for local food options and places to see in Hong Kong.

Simple room for this price and so convenient to go to places of interest. 5 mins walk to mtr station. Lots of food choices from economical to high end choices.

The Lift in confusing. If you are booking this room make sure to use the Right Lift first at the E section of Chungking Mansion and go to 9th Floor. After checking in you need to go down again to G level and use the Left Lift to reach the 12 floor for your room

The owner was precise and the Filipina Receptionist was helpful. The owner briefed me about how things work in the room since it's my first time to check into a super budget room

Area around the building is rather sketchy. Multiple hotels in the building are managed by the same people so the room I stayed in was in a differently named hotel than I booked.

A clean, cheap place to stay in a very good location 5 minutes from the main Kowloon sights. Currency exchange available at good rates in building (Chunking Mansion) lobby. Friendly and helpful staff.

The guest house is located in the high building where there are a lot of other guest houses and residential apartments on all floors and a lot of shops, cafes, and currency exchange on the 1st floor. The building has 24 hours of access with the concierge. The location is in the center of Kowloon. The airport express train, metro, bus stations, and ferry terminal are nearby. The room was pretty small but clean. There are 2 cleaning ladies who are living in this block. They cleaned the room and changed the towel every day. The bathroom - toilet with shower was tiny, but I guess it's a common thing in Hong Kong.

Sometimes smells bad from the inside window, even though it's closed. The locks are old, so the sheets, sometimes there are really big stains

compare the previous booking and stay they say double bed but in this stay look not a double bed but anyway the Staff and payment option are flexible that I can pay by alipay. thank you

The boss and staff were friendly and accomodating. I booked for a single room with shared bathroom and was given a single room with bathroom included instead. The room had a basic cleaning service everyday. The attention from the staff was very lovely greeted by them every time I came in and out. Cold and hot water refill station available so was microwave.

The room was very small and without windows. My main issue was the toilet (see picture). It was clogged and needed some maintenance. The ground floor of the building is covered with a lot of creep immigrant men that are always approaching tourists. May not be suitable for solo female travellers.

The location is great, in the main street with a metro station in the corner. Cherry, the receptionist, was super friendly.
