Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

QatarThere is no wall separating the bedroom and the bathroom.
Hotel is near the airport with a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes(at no extra charge). Besides that, it is physically connected to an outlet mall plenty of shops and restaurants. Thus, excellent location considering it’s an airport hotel.

AustraliaThe design of the bathroom is weird and not appropriate unless you are a couple. There isn't privacy between bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located quite far from the other part of HK. It can takes up to 1 hour or 1.5 hours depends where you go.
Location is excellent, close to airport, shopping outlet and transport to the city. Staff is great and helpful. Shuttle bus to airport is excellent. Bed is comfy size of bedroom is great..

AustraliaThe room was extremely cramped and stuffy, semi understandable due to it being HK, but also a little sad for the price. It's clear that the room was weathered, with flaking walls. There was also a lack of power outlets at the front of the beds, with only cramped electricity supply at the other end of the hotel room. The USB sockets were also not functioning well and kept switching off.
There was a shuttle bus between airport and the hotel which was extremely convenient. The staff also messaged ahead to assure that we were aware of the free shuttle and other options to get there. Novotel is linked to Citygate outlets and super convenient for shopping. Also would be convenient if you were heading out via MTR trains. The bedding was also well cleaned, the room presenting well at a glance. The bathroom was spacious, almost as large as the room, and was well stocked with the standard amenities.

New ZealandWe had booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child and I had put in a request for a seperate bed for our son, however that was not organised when we arrived. This was quickly resolved by the staff. Our room layout meant that there was no bathroom door as such, so no privacy when getting out of the shower which didn't really suit our family.
Location suited us perfectly as we were only in Hong Kong for a short stopover and wanted to be close to Disneyland and near the airport. It was very convenient to walk through to Citygate Outlets and to the train station and Ngong Ping 360. The breakfast was fantastic and the free airport shuttle was also a good bonus.

Strategically located and very convenient because it is connected to the mall. It had its own shuttle service to the airport for free which we found helpful. Staff were accommodating.
