There is no wall separating the bedroom and the bathroom.

Hotel is near the airport with a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes(at no extra charge). Besides that, it is physically connected to an outlet mall plenty of shops and restaurants. Thus, excellent location considering it’s an airport hotel.

The facilities are very old and pretty worn out.

Very close to the airport with connectivity to a big shopping mall with various restaurants. The bed is big and the room is spacious for HK standard. Convenient airport shuttle bus every 20 minutes.

The design of the bathroom is weird and not appropriate unless you are a couple. There isn't privacy between bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located quite far from the other part of HK. It can takes up to 1 hour or 1.5 hours depends where you go.

Location is excellent, close to airport, shopping outlet and transport to the city. Staff is great and helpful. Shuttle bus to airport is excellent. Bed is comfy size of bedroom is great..

The room was extremely cramped and stuffy, semi understandable due to it being HK, but also a little sad for the price. It's clear that the room was weathered, with flaking walls. There was also a lack of power outlets at the front of the beds, with only cramped electricity supply at the other end of the hotel room. The USB sockets were also not functioning well and kept switching off.

There was a shuttle bus between airport and the hotel which was extremely convenient. The staff also messaged ahead to assure that we were aware of the free shuttle and other options to get there. Novotel is linked to Citygate outlets and super convenient for shopping. Also would be convenient if you were heading out via MTR trains. The bedding was also well cleaned, the room presenting well at a glance. The bathroom was spacious, almost as large as the room, and was well stocked with the standard amenities.

Great location for a layover stay, hotel has bus shuttle until 11:40 PM from airport. Hotel staff was very friendly, gym and pool were great!

The 6.00 am airport shuttle (first of the day) was very full with people's luggage stacked up inside the bus. Maybe a good idea to use the bigger bus first run in the morning.

Everything you would expect from a Novotel airport hotel at a major international hub. The attached mall was a bonus, although we only used it for food that night.

We had booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child and I had put in a request for a seperate bed for our son, however that was not organised when we arrived. This was quickly resolved by the staff. Our room layout meant that there was no bathroom door as such, so no privacy when getting out of the shower which didn't really suit our family.

Location suited us perfectly as we were only in Hong Kong for a short stopover and wanted to be close to Disneyland and near the airport. It was very convenient to walk through to Citygate Outlets and to the train station and Ngong Ping 360. The breakfast was fantastic and the free airport shuttle was also a good bonus.

The beds were too soft making it really hard to get to sleep. The cost was the highest we paid by far for any hotel on holiday. They are capitalising on their handy airport location.

It’s a practical solution to an early morning flight. Have the 300 HKD evening buffet - it’s amazing!

Closure of pool due to potential thunderstorms

The bed was so comfortable. Room was very clean. Beautiful view. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location with mall being connected and also a playground across the road. Lovely warm pool.

I think the rooms need to be cleaned better so there are no leftover wrappers and other debris left behind.

Strategically located and very convenient because it is connected to the mall. It had its own shuttle service to the airport for free which we found helpful. Staff were accommodating.
