Booked a room for a month, was very pleased. The bath had a walk in shower, room had AC, Google TV and a kitchen with a water filter next to the owners apartment (who is very kind). The building itself has a lot of other apartments and is quite dirty which seemed normal to me in the Jordan area. Didn't bother me at all, as the room was perfect. Can definitely recommend, if you want to stay longer in HK and have a good sleep at night without any disturbances.

Loved this guesthouse. You wouldn’t think you would think it a nice place to stay when you first find it as it is on the 8th floor of a building that looks like it run down, with other businesses & hostels on all floors but there are lifts that work and I would definitely recommend it. The room Was so comfortable and I had a great view from the window. The owner & his wife were super helpful and friendly, even the directions to get here from the airport were perfect so you don’t have to worry when you book. The building is later next to the subway so location is very convenient to get around Hong Kong.

Typical sized HK room which was used brilliantly to offer everything you need in an affordable package. Comfortable beds, big screen tv, excellent shower, spotlessly clean, friendly and welcoming owners, great location above Jordan mtr station, free water and coffee making, good security and surprisingly peaceful despite being a busy area. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and easy to travel anywhere you want. In terms of value for money I doubt you will find better in HK. Had a 5 night stay here and would happily stay again.

Our room was located in another unit on the same floor managed by Ocean Inn. It had smaller windows and the view was not as good as compared to the units facing nathan road

The room is small but because of the two windows it's nice and bright. We enjoyed our stay here, it was nice and quiet and the room was very clean. Very friendly staff. Very nice and cozy hotel in a great location – everything was close by and easy to reach. The place felt warm and welcoming, with very comfortable beds and everything spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – they explained everything clearly, told us about the city, and even let us leave our luggage after check-out. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this place!

Cleanliness: they have a slightly different concept of cleanliness there, which is probably typical of the region. There are no issues with the room itself — the linen and towels were clean, as was the toilet and bath — but the corridor and the building itself are not very well kept. We only saw one cockroach, which we caught; after that, we took out all the rubbish ourselves, just in case. There is a general notice about rats in the lift, but we didn't see any in our building; only on the street nearby in the early morning. It just needs to be understood that this is the nature of the neighbourhood: there are lots of cafés and street food stalls, and people often leave rubbish in bags on the streets or just throw it away, so it's like that. It's not the hostel's fault at all. The main thing is that you can walk to the hostel along a wide, well-lit street. Downstairs at the entrance and on the ground floor, there is also lighting. One thing to note about the bathroom is that in our room, the bathroom was combined with the toilet, and the shower area was not separated in any way. There are no screens or raised floors. If you wash carefully, only the toilet will get wet. If you splash around, the whole bathroom will get wet. There are rubber slippers provided. The drain works well. However, you still need to be careful as it's slippery. Also, the humidity in Hong Kong is very high, so nothing dries out in the room. For example, this bathroom did not dry out overnight in April, despite us using the extractor fan and air conditioning, and leaving the windows open during the day. The towels were wet all the time, too. The location is very good. From the Airport Express train, we walked to the airport in half an hour. It's close to the metro and bus stops, and within walking distance of several small grocery stores and many different cafés with different opening hours to suit all budgets.

In general, you can walk to a lot of places, or they are literally 1-2 stops away. The owners are very nice: they sent us very clear instructions on how to find them, allowed us to check in and leave our luggage early, and explained and displayed everything. One tip is that the hostel is on the 11th floor and there is only one lift. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for it, so if you need to be somewhere at a certain time, allow extra time and get off early. There is good internet and air conditioning. There is also free cold and hot water in the cooler, and you can use the table in the corridor if you want to eat in the hostel or bring your own food. There are no utensils or heating appliances, but these are not really needed given the variety of food outlets nearby. There is no laundry or washing machine. There is a TV and a hairdryer.

Building/floor was a little hard to find at first. Also the AC made a high pitched whine that made it hard to sleep. Would have liked a place to do laundry (or a suggestion of where to go).

This is the best accommodstion in the category of guesthouses in HK. Clean, spatious, easy to find, centrally located, great staff. Easy to shower in the bathroom, unlike other guesthouses. Very cosy beds, window looking at the street, but quiet enough to sleep
