Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeToilet main door was a little hard to push and noisy. Our water dispenser’s water tasted a little funny even though the water has been replenished after housekeeping but we were still able to get water from the lounge.
Staff were very friendly. The Hotel’s Housekeeper attention to details was superb. Room was tidy and clean. Instructions given were clear and easy to understand. The washer was a big saver for our trip!

United KingdomThe fact I could find anything about the $1500 HKD deposit for the one night stay. And the drain in the shower took forever to drain and flooded very quickly but it didn't flood the bathroom.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was massive for only one person and you are very central to the ferry terminals and the main streets as well. With a 5 minute or less walk to 7/11 or supermarkets. Would deffo stay here again . Very cheap as well

South AfricaNo international news channel or even youtube on the television - rather tacky for a high-end hotel and the decor on the one bookcase conssiting of empty boxes with hokey philosophical quotes also was tacky for such a high end place where the staff and amenities and comfort are toop notch. The fact that htere was no restaurant was fine, there are pleany of eateries on the doorstep

AustraliaMy only challenge, and not the hotel’s fault but many own, was that I arrived in HK not knowing the HK Sevens was coming up, so when I extended my stay, the room price increased, as is the case in all HK hotels. Otherwise the hotel was great value.
Great facilities provided by friendly, helpful staff in a great location. Kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room means you can cook and clean if needed, very convenient. Excellent location in Central, the heart of the Island.

TaiwanThe room size is not as booking.com specified 71m2, it just like 45m2. When I check in, the staff ask to fill in a guarantee to pay HKD 5000 if we get Corvid-19 during our stay, it is not reasonable.
The staff is very friendly. It is very useful to have washing machine and kitchen in room.
