Regarding the hot water, we operate a storage-type water heater, which complies with the regulatory and licensing requirements for hostels in Hong Kong. This system may occasionally require a brief warm-up period. On the matter of towels, in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we replace towels only upon request or when they are placed on the floor, rather than automatically exchanging those that remain hung. It seems there was a misunderstanding as we were informed that your group was actually looking for a hotel instead of a hostel, which might have contributed to your decision to leave immediately. We regret any confusion this may have caused. Additionally, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience regarding the lift. A new lift door had been installed; however, it unfortunately encountered technical issues shortly thereafter. Please rest assured that we have already reported the matter to the building management, and they are addressing it seriously to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
