Clean and great stay

The location only

The location of the hotel in the 16th floor is terrible because of the long que in the elevaror everytime we are using it going up The room is small and the bed for couple is small. The loilet is bad too.small.it is where you take a shower too. The water when you shower spiils outside the room. You cant eat in the room. Good side they change everythimg everyday. The floor tiles after the elevator is chipped not good to see. The AC in our room too is very bad. Thats why they have electric fan to suppot ir. You can hear people outside in your room talking.

Generally close to Kowloon, Mosque m, metro and situated above the Halal food restaurants. Rooms were clean n no bugs or mosquitoes. Free drinking water available in communal area.

Tiny room in double or triple room. No space to open suitcase. Queue for lifts was long at times and walking down the stairs was a no no due to rubbish build up.

The location was pretty good, very central. I was also able to check in very late because my flight arrived after midnight.

The reception tried to scam me. They asked for cash for the deposit of the key and asked me to pay the city tax as well which I had already paid while booking the accommodation. I managed to dodge that because I checked in very late and did not have any cash on me. While checking out the receptionist asked me for a good review because of the competition in HK and even brushed my hair out of my face. Furthermore, the linnen had questionable stains and there were constant flies and cockroaches because the window could not be closed.

Pretty good location, good public transport.

To get to the "hotel" you need to wait 15-20 minutes for the elevator, because the accomodation is on the 16 th floor. At the entrance of the building there are junkies trying to sell you drugs. The elevator was small and smelled not good. The hotel is suitable for asian people working in Hongkong, but for European tourist it is a nightmare. The room is tiny, its 2x2 m big. They sell you double room with a bed width of 120 cm, so basically its convenient for 1 normal person and you cant really move in the room. The shower is over the toilet. The toilet was clogged, we notified the staff but after 4 days nothing happened, they did not solve the issue. The AC does not work, it buzzes but does not make the temperature cold. We got misleaded by the reviews here on Booking, because it is definitely not 8.3/10, read Google Reviews also!

Best thing was leaving this place and go to a proper hotel.

Don't waste your money and time with this bunch of clowns, the conditions of the rooms are not even close to be acceptable, the moment I checked in, my room was bad, the walls broken, the windows dirty, not even mention the stains in the bedsheets. The worst part was to find a cockroach inside my bed and between my stuff when I let my things in the bed for like a couple of hours, I've been in many low costs places before and none of them had been as horrible as this place, they would tell you they offer you to change rooms, but they won't do it, they would just say sorry and move on. Also, they scam you and keep your insurance money, I asked for it when I did the early checkout after finding the cockroache and they said they couldn't find my money cause they didn't know where they leave it, for real, they said that.
