At check-in, one of the staff insisted — almost pressured us — to upgrade from a regular room to a suite. We agreed, but unfortunately, the suite was not clean when we entered. Overall, the hotel feels very gloomy and uninviting. Breakfast was very poor, with limited options. When some dishes ran out, they were very slow to refill them, and by the time they did, you’d already forgotten you asked. The location is excellent, but sadly, I do not recommend this hotel.

عند تسجيل الدخول، أصرّ علينا أحد الموظفين بشكل مزعج للترقية من غرفة عادية إلى جناح، وبعد الموافقة دخلنا الجناح وتفاجأنا بأنه غير نظيف. بشكل عام، الفندق كئيب جدًا ولا يعطي أي شعور بالراحة. الفطور سيئ جدًا، خياراته محدودة، وعند نفاد بعض الأطباق يتأخرون جدًا في إعادة تعبئتها لدرجة أنك تنسى أنك طلبت. الشيء الوحيد الإيجابي هو الموقع الممتاز، لكن للأسف لا أنصح بالفندق إطلاقًا
