クチコミスコアは、それぞれ1～10の間で評価されます。総合スコアは、弊社が受け取ったクチコミスコアを合計し、その合計を弊社が受け取ったクチコミスコアの件数で割って表示しています。弊社のクチコミシステムには、クチコミが最近のものであればあるほど、クチコミスコアの算出における比重が大きくなるシステムを採用しています。またゲストは、ロケーション、清潔さ、スタッフ、快適さ、施設・設備、お得感、無料WiFiなど、重要な項目で個別に「サブスコア」を付けることができます。なお、ゲストはサブスコアと総合スコアを別々に提出するため、両者に直接的な関連性はありません。
お客様が弊社のプラットフォームを通じて予約された宿泊施設に滞在された場合、または当該施設に到着したものの実際には滞在しなかった場合、当該施設についてクチコミを投稿することができます。すでに投稿済みのクチコミを編集するには、弊社カスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください。
弊社には、弊社プラットフォームへ投稿された偽のクチコミの検出に特化した人材および自動化されたシステムがあります。偽のクチコミを見つけた場合、弊社はそれらを削除し、必要な場合は責任を負うべき人物に対して措置を講じます。
その他の方が不審な投稿等を発見された場合には、弊社の詐欺対策部門が調査を行えるよう、弊社カスタマーサービスまでいつでもご報告いただけます。
肯定的なものであれ否定的なものであれ、弊社が受け取ったクチコミをすべて公開することが理想的ではあるものの、弊社は（とりわけ）以下を含んだり、以下について言及するクチコミを表示しません。

クチコミの妥当性を確保するために、弊社はチェックアウト後3ヶ月以内に投稿されたクチコミのみを受け付ける可能性があり、また投稿されてから36ヶ月が経過している場合、または当該の宿泊施設の所有者が変更された場合は、弊社はクチコミの表示を停止する可能性があります。
宿泊施設は、クチコミに対して返信することができます。
複数のクチコミが表示される場合、最新のものが一番上に表示されますが、クチコミの言語、評価だけかコメントも記載されているかなど、その他のいくつかの要因も影響します。ご希望の場合は、時期、クチコミスコアなどによる並べ替えもしくは絞り込み、またはその両方をすることが可能です。
弊社では、外部の著名な旅行サイトからのクチコミスコアを表示することがあります。こちらが行われる場合は、弊社にてその旨を明示いたします。

ガイドラインと基準は投稿文の表現に制約を加えることなく、Booking.comに掲載されるコンテンツを有意義かつ家庭でも安心して閲覧できる内容に維持するために設けられています。これらガイドラインと基準は、投稿文の主旨にかかわらず適用されます。

壁と窓の密閉度を改善の余地があるかと思います。8階なのに、夜中なのに、道路の若い者の騒ぎがはっきり聞こえて来ました。

朝食 お粥等、香港の朝食に期待するも、美味しくない。特に朝のコーヒーが重要な私には、ネスプレッソのコーヒーはインスタントより悪い。

宿泊確認済みスタッフの方がとても親切でした。 部屋もとてもおしゃれで綺麗だったので、快適に過ごさせていただきました！ 場所もチムサーチョイの観光しやすい場所にあるので便利なのではと思います。
特にありませんが、ホテルに向かう際利用したタクシーで行き先をプリンスホテルマルコポーロと伝えたら、マルコポーロホテルに行ってしまいました。タクシー利用の際は行き先をプリンスホテルと伝えた方がスムーズに辿り着けると思います。
