High floor, long wait for elevators. Not the best location

Compared to the size of the most rooms in Hong Kong, this was very nice, I am 6'1" and need a larger bed/room. Not the best location, had to walk a ways to get places. The staff was able to get me into a room with early check in which was wonderful. It is also nice that you can go straight to your room without going through the lobby

Small washrooms and the toilet cistern in both rooms I stayed in required fiddling with every flush to stop them running constantly.

Very accommodating for early check in and generally reception staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Quiet rooms and comfy beds.

The staff are not friendly at all and dont have a place to reheat food.

I love how comfortable the hotel is. Very near to tram and bus. Near to convenient store. The room was spacious for 2 and everyday they clean the room.

That I must ask always to clean the room. Theyf respond and clean it direct. So no big issue.

This hotel is very clean, near by tin Hau met station. Room is not big but that's normal in Hongkong. Bed is good and room have safe, water heater. So a good place to be for a normal price.

No space to put ur shampoo, soap etc in the shower area, not enough hanging space or even any foldable table— which I feel they would have put in foldable table near the door area & have shelf in the shower to put ur shower essential.

Value for money, not too far aways from the MTR station. Resting space was nice & the arts display in the room was lovely. There’s a laundromat nearby about 5mins aways down the street “flow & roll” but u can’t choose the machine.

For some reason, the bathroom door impedes access to the toilet when open (you almost need to move into the shower and then close the door).

The room design is very pleasant. The room was clean and had all the amenities you'd expect. This booking also had a significant discount applied which was very nice!

Being on a higher floor meant the room got very warm at night but opening a window meant you heard the noise of the city outside.

Great location, located nearby to two metro stations on the Island Line meant that getting around the city was easy. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient, couldn't ask for anything else!

Shower needed a deep clean (I have high standards- when it comes to bathrooms), but otherwise room was clean.

The location was an easy walk from the MTR. Victoria park is close if you want to stretch your legs. Great Dim sum around the corner, recommended by the receptionist as her favourite.

The location was very near the MTR. Very convenient to travel out. The hotel is not hard to find also. And the overall design, cleanliness of the room are superb.

Room was small to me, but a friend who used to live in Hong Kong told me it was a pretty good value and size, all things considered. The hotel staff also rang our doorbell one night at 10pm to bring us slippers even though we didn't request any.

Hotel was in a good location. A short walk to the MTR, lots of food options and stores around. The hotel was also very clean, easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, because the staff were so lovely!

I hate the sound of the aircon. I asked them to fixed it, they did, it went smooth for a while then it make annoying rough machine sounds again.

The hotel location is good, several food stalls around and 711 too, 5 minutes walk from tin hau station, they gave us early check in since our flight arrived early. The room is small but clean and the bed also comfy.
