Accommodated met late check out request

No AC in the room. Extremely noisy small portable AC that did not cool the room properly. Very hard to sleep.

The location is perfect.

The front desk service was rather disappointing. The gentleman on duty seemed overwhelmed and allowed his mood to affect the way he dealt with guests. I requested an extra bed at 6pm and kindly asked for it to be ready by 9pm, but when we returned close to 10pm, nothing had been prepared. On calling the front desk, I was told it had “probably been forgotten”. For a hotel of this standing, such an oversight is surprising and certainly not what one would expect.

The hotel's location is fantastic. I often come here to stay for a few days. But this time I was somewhat disappointed because the receptionist at the front desk (male) was not only cold but also seemed quite moody; the female receptionist was clearly much better.

Good location, beautiful decor, helpful staff. Dylan went out of his way to help us find a medical adjacent supply we needed.

Breakfast was anything you might want no matter where you were from but at $40 per it would have been nice to have a simpler, less expensive alternative.

Great location, fantastic harbor view. The pool area was also great!

Breakfast isn’t value for the money, extra bed for an adolescent is phenomenally expensive, mattress wasn’t comfortable

I love how easy it is to walk to the MTR and Exhibition Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love the view of the city skyline from my room window, had a blast taking cityscapes on my first night. I ordered a simple burger and tiramisu, but didnt expect a food presentation so grand, their tiramisu tasted absolute best

The room and view were perfect. The swimming pool was very well attended to and the buffet breakfast was exceptional.
