Breakfast, and staff expression (not bad, but could be better). Otherwise, it is about the room condition, good view but furniture inside, especially the fridge should be change to the new one.

Location is a diamond gem, very near shopping areas and restaurants. Near the closest MTR station (Causeway Bay). Facilities are a bit old, but very comfortable. Breakfast is avearge, not much variety, but good enough for kickstarting the day.

overall the hotel could have better vibes.

The hotel is very accommodating for providing connecting rooms to my family. Rooms are old-fashion but clean enough. Breakfast are good and standard. The reception staffs are professional but there is room to improve. The house-keeping lady was very nice and friendly attending our needs even it's close to the midnight.

1. room size is enough for me and my mom. 2. location is perfect walking distance to bus stops, MTR station , shopping Mall, Restaurants . 3. Breakfast is ok , it's buffet style but just repeated food everyday for 5 breakfast :-) we had. many choices but it's the same choices everyday. 4. they also provided filtered water everyday at the thermos canister in the room when ever requested fro cleaning or if you can see a house keeper you could always request and they are very nice cleaner, very fast as well. 5. the lobby staffs are very helpful and informative when we asked how & where to take the cab and MTR (metro).

I don’t like the red tone colour curtain in my room, it looks a bit old and not clean. It makes the room very bright when sun rise, especially it is early in the morning when we were still sleeping.

The room was on the smaller side, but we managed to find spots for two medium sized luggage, the beds were a bit lumpy and squeaky. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options, but you can find something.

Overal the hotel was fine...i had no problems

The location is perfect for Causeway Bay Metro station. I thought the breakfast was a little expesive. It was very easy to get breakfast in the morning outside of the hotel.

Our Deluxe Suite looks dated. The doors, carpets, especially the toilet (mirror, door) have visible sign of wear and tear. Molds were seen developing in the chaulked areas between floor tiles in the standing shower. For the Deluxe Suite, I thought they used to have microwave included, but it is not available anymore. The sofa pillows/covers should get a good wash too. We stayed on the 8th Floor and it took us ages every morning to get down to the main entrance, even if you take the lift up and then down.

Rosedale has great location with easy access to various mode of transportation (trams, MTR, buses (even the bus direct to HK Airport Terminal 1 is just at its door step) and walking distance to Causeway Bay shopping area. It is at the end of Causeway Bay which is not as busy but you still can get access to good shopping, eateries, money changers, even laundry shop around the corner. Staff are friendly and helpful, from reception, doormen to housekeeping. This is our family's 3rd or 4th stay at Rosedale and we would love to come back again when we visit HK next time.

HK was exceptionally cold end of march but everyday the Aircon was on full with no thermostat. 1st stay the room had cans of mineral water everyday, but 2nd stay had a jug of still water.
