It’s central; very accessible to the shopping/eating areas.

The bathroom stench, the bad WiFi connection, the thin walls which affects sleep when the next room blasts the TV/music, the nonchalant front desk staff that didn’t seem to be interested in your queries by replying you without making the eye contact, etc.

Location is a diamond gem, very near shopping areas and restaurants. Near the closest MTR station (Causeway Bay). Facilities are a bit old, but very comfortable. Breakfast is avearge, not much variety, but good enough for kickstarting the day.

Breakfast, and staff expression (not bad, but could be better). Otherwise, it is about the room condition, good view but furniture inside, especially the fridge should be change to the new one.

I upgraded with a little additional price the room where it was very large and comfortable.

The smell was a bit mouldy.

Location is good, staff pleasant and helpful

My hotel room looked rather jaded and out of date. It could do with a bit of modernisation.

Good location, lots of coffee shops around.

The breakfast was very poor. Not for western taste for sure.

Good location in Causeway Bay. The hotel room was a reasonable size for the price. Good shower. Friendly staff.

No central ceiling light which made the room very dark. When we came back to the room after we had been out for the day we found all the lights on, including the bathroom light and the small bedside reading lights. This is no very eco-friendly.

This hotel is reasonably priced and within walking distance to places I need to be in Causeway Bay. For new tourists, it maybe a little challenging to get to, but after a day of getting to know the area, it gets easier. Easy base in Causeway Bay for shopping, dining and transportation.

Challenging to cross streets, need to use multiple overpasses or elevators.

The hotel is very accommodating for providing connecting rooms to my family. Rooms are old-fashion but clean enough. Breakfast are good and standard. The reception staffs are professional but there is room to improve. The house-keeping lady was very nice and friendly attending our needs even it's close to the midnight.

overall the hotel could have better vibes.

    1. room size is enough for me and my mom. 2. location is perfect walking distance to bus stops, MTR station , shopping Mall, Restaurants . 3. Breakfast is ok , it's buffet style but just repeated food everyday for 5 breakfast :-) we had. many choices but it's the same choices everyday. 4. they also provided filtered water everyday at the thermos canister in the room when ever requested fro cleaning or if you can see a house keeper you could always request and they are very nice cleaner, very fast as well. 5. the lobby staffs are very helpful and informative when we asked how & where to take the cab and MTR (metro).

nothing to say. they are very kind.
