Clean rooms

It was so easy going into Hongkong Central with the shuttle bus of the hotel itself to take me to MTR and public bus transport from hotel to go straight to the airport. It is a bonus to have the pool too in the hotel and the staff are very helpful and very friendly. Great views from my room and very nice surroundings around the hotel. 👍👍👍

The customer service was great , also they have bus takes you to the train station, they great place to stay in , was clean as well.

The location, while far from the station, had a direct shuttle to Tsuen Wan that runs every 10 minutes, so it was never hard to get into the city. They also had microwaves to use in the lobby area, a gym, and a games room for the kids. We were able to borrow umbrellas, and use their washer/dryer room to help do a load of laundry. Staff was always helpful, they gave us a water-view room when I requested, which was very kind of them.

The room fit 4 people comfortably, and we had a sink and a fridge and a long counter, but no where to sit. There is a ledge area by the window, but we used it for our suitcases which took up the whole space. Some seating would be nice, but I do understand the room probably couldn't fit any additional chairs.

Shuttle bus is very helpful but no guaranteed for a seat in busy time.
