Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy bathroom was flooded and they couldn’t do anything about it due to me arriving during the night (delayed flight). In the morning, there was a pool of water. I couldn’t really use the bathroom facilities properly due to all the water. I had spoken to several people about this issue, but only when my local friend talked to them that morning did they make the situation right by offering a partial refund (money to help pay for a taxi).

The most what I like is locaion. The room was small but I didn't expect more. The cleaniness is not good. There were too much dust at all corners such as the edge of the window, shelf in the bathroom, in the small wardrobe, especially under the bed!!!! We dropped my charge once to the floor, when I laid down to pick it up. I saw thickly dust under my bed. OMG!

PolandFaulty AC ruined everything. After few hours of AC running in empty room everything was soaking - wet floor, wet mirrors, wet bed sheets, smell of mold. Apparently the drainage pipe below the evaporator was clogged or unexistent. And unfortunately the staff denied there was a problem. They gave us two dry bedsheets, and told to set AC to low temp and high fan speed. Of course it dries the air for a moment, as all the humidity turns into ice on evaporator, but it doesn't fix anything. People cannot live in frostbiting hurricane. When you set the temp a bit higher all the humidity comes back in minutes and floor becomes so wet that it becomes slippery. I don't know - maybe it's just a problem of room 1305.
Good location, nice staff, possibility of borrowing the umbrellas, luggage storage. Clean, really good standard. Would be perfect if not the problem described below.

United StatesThe odors from the drain pipe leaked out from the bathroom. The space of the room is already small enough to get the airflow. we could open the window to get fresh air either because of the traffic noise. We had to smell this odor for the entire time of our stay. Very uncomfortable.
The location was the best. It was convenient, easy to navigate the neighborhood and get to the subway stations. There were many shops and restaurants around the area. The room was clean. quiet, and their windows had good insulation to filter the traffic noise from the streets. In general, I paid what I got.
