クチコミスコアは、それぞれ1～10の間で評価されます。総合スコアは、弊社が受け取ったクチコミスコアを合計し、その合計を弊社が受け取ったクチコミスコアの件数で割って表示しています。弊社のクチコミシステムには、クチコミが最近のものであればあるほど、クチコミスコアの算出における比重が大きくなるシステムを採用しています。またゲストは、ロケーション、清潔さ、スタッフ、快適さ、施設・設備、お得感、無料WiFiなど、重要な項目で個別に「サブスコア」を付けることができます。なお、ゲストはサブスコアと総合スコアを別々に提出するため、両者に直接的な関連性はありません。
お客様が弊社のプラットフォームを通じて予約された宿泊施設に滞在された場合、または当該施設に到着したものの実際には滞在しなかった場合、当該施設についてクチコミを投稿することができます。すでに投稿済みのクチコミを編集するには、弊社カスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください。
弊社には、弊社プラットフォームへ投稿された偽のクチコミの検出に特化した人材および自動化されたシステムがあります。偽のクチコミを見つけた場合、弊社はそれらを削除し、必要な場合は責任を負うべき人物に対して措置を講じます。
その他の方が不審な投稿等を発見された場合には、弊社の詐欺対策部門が調査を行えるよう、弊社カスタマーサービスまでいつでもご報告いただけます。
肯定的なものであれ否定的なものであれ、弊社が受け取ったクチコミをすべて公開することが理想的ではあるものの、弊社は（とりわけ）以下を含んだり、以下について言及するクチコミを表示しません。
- 政治的にセンシティブなコメント
- 広告・宣伝的なコンテンツ
- 違法行為
- 個人情報および機密情報（メールアドレス、電話番号、またはクレジットカード情報など）
- 罵倒する表現、性的表現、ヘイトスピーチ、差別的発言、脅迫、または暴力への言及
- スパムコンテンツ、および嘘のコンテンツ
- 動物虐待
- なりすまし（例：他人を装って投稿する場合など）
- 弊社のクチコミ投稿ガイドラインに対する違反
クチコミの妥当性を確保するために、弊社はチェックアウト後3ヶ月以内に投稿されたクチコミのみを受け付ける可能性があり、また投稿されてから36ヶ月が経過している場合、または当該の宿泊施設の所有者が変更された場合は、弊社はクチコミの表示を停止する可能性があります。
宿泊施設は、クチコミに対して返信することができます。
複数のクチコミが表示される場合、最新のものが一番上に表示されますが、クチコミの言語、評価だけかコメントも記載されているかなど、その他のいくつかの要因も影響します。ご希望の場合は、時期、クチコミスコアなどによる並べ替えもしくは絞り込み、またはその両方をすることが可能です。
弊社では、外部の著名な旅行サイトからのクチコミスコアを表示することがあります。こちらが行われる場合は、弊社にてその旨を明示いたします。
クチコミのガイドラインと基準
ガイドラインと基準は投稿文の表現に制約を加えることなく、Booking.comに掲載されるコンテンツを有意義かつ家庭でも安心して閲覧できる内容に維持するために設けられています。これらガイドラインと基準は、投稿文の主旨にかかわらず適用されます。
投稿文は旅行に関連している必要があります。具体的で、他のユーザーの宿泊施設選びに役立つようなものが理想的な投稿文です。個人的、政治的、倫理的、宗教的なコメントは記入しないでください。宣伝目的の記述は削除されます。Booking.comのサービスに関するご意見・お問い合わせは、弊社カスタマーサービスチームにご連絡ください。
投稿文は世界中の誰が見ても適切な内容である必要があります。罵り言葉、別のスペルを用いて罵り言葉に似せた言葉はどの言語においても使用を控えてください。「ヘイトスピーチ」、差別的表現、脅威、性的表現、乱暴な表現、違法行為の助長を含むコメントおよびメディアは禁止されています。
コンテンツはすべて偽りなく、ゲスト固有のものである必要があります。クチコミは固有かつ公平であってこそ、その価値を発揮します。あなたの投稿文はあなたの意見でなければなりません。Booking.comの提携宿泊施設がゲストに代わってクチコミを投稿したり、クチコミ投稿と引き換えにゲストに報酬を渡すことは許可されていません。競合施設に低評価のクチコミを投稿してスコアを下げようとする試みは禁止されています。
プライバシーを尊重します。Booking.comはメールアドレス、電話番号、ウェブサイトのアドレス、ソーシャルメディアのアカウントなどの情報の特定防止に努めます。

宿泊確認済みラージルーム、キングベッド付きを予約しました。お部屋が綺麗で広くてオシャレです。湾仔駅から近くて交通の便も良かったです。少し歩きますがセブンイレブンやカフェもあるし、大衆的なレストランも多くてとても便利です。次回もまた利用したいです。
仕方ないですが、決して安くはないです。スリッパはありましたが、バスローブはなかった気がします。デスクの上のコンセントが壁沿いにあって、マルチ変換プラグはスペースの問題で使えませんでした。香港専用の変換プラグを持っていった方がいいと思います。洗面台が水を貯められない仕様でした。下着などを手洗いするのに少し苦労しました。

宿泊確認済みインテリアはもちろんですが、スタッフの皆さんの対応やサービスがとてもよかったです。 急遽1階レストランの予約も取り食事をしました。 ホテル・レストラン含めて非常によい時間を過ごすことができました。 香港を訪れる友人がいたら、是非おすすめしたい場所です。

宿泊確認済み内装のデザインやサービスすべて気が利いた素晴らしいホテルでした。ロケーションに関しても、Wan Chaiの駅、Centralへ行けるバス停、空港直結のバス停などもすぐ近くで香港のどのエリアに行くにも便利な場所でした。
個人的には許容範囲でしたが、隣かもしくは上下どちらかの部屋の夜中の音漏れが多少気になったのと、シャワーはお湯の温度がすこし冷たかったです。

宿泊確認済みロケーションもどこに行くのも便利！ホテルのスタッフもカジュアルでとても気さくです。タオルやシーツも毎日綺麗にしてもらえるので清潔に過ごせました。
シティービューです。リアルなシティービューで前にはマンションなどのビルです。地元の方の生活感除けます。ロマンティックではないですが、個人的には楽しかったので良しとしましょう
