Nice and friendly people staying at the hostel and clean facilities with plenty of freebies made the stay comfortable. Some staff members were really helpful. Location was good and close to Metro and airport bus links but neighborhood isn't the best.

Fire alarm went off and generally was struggling to get a good night's sleep for the two nights as bed was a bit narrow and kept waking up as I was hitting the sides.

Very clean; helpful and friendly staff; transportation convenient to go to tour site by metro or bus; lots of restaurants downstairs. Female room has its own attached toilet and bath, not shared with other rooms, so privacy for female is better.

There is no elevator but it is just located at the second floor.

Have stayed in this hostel for a few weeks for some personal issues. The staff are the best, being able to give thoughtful recommendations for food, transport, activities and so on. And this hostel is in a local neighbourhood, which means you will be able to see how the locals live and eat what they usually have, instead of paying touristy prices for things that might not worth. The facilities are always kept clean and tidy. Thank you again for all the staff and guests there that made my stay less painful and even somehow enjoyable!

The weather when I stayed was quite extreme but it's not the fault of the hostel You can't really cook in the hostel but that's part of the life of Hongkongers and there are plenty of cheap food options around

Good location. Walking distance to MRT station,bus stop to the Airport and main tourists' destinations:) Staff are friendly and supportive. There are bunch of info on the information board about eatery, what to visit and see.

Individual issue though, some guests required to respect the manner. They should put their luggage at designated to place not beside their beds. Hope they pay attention to noise matter after 10pm and early in the morning.

Nothing bad except for the cons mentioned below. Well facility management, kind staff. Compared to other hostels in HK, it just amazing. And for sure, I’ll be back again, and it is suitable for backpackers, won’t be treated like a refugee in your trip in HK.

The room door is noisy every time it closes, it woke me up during the night when somebody open and close it.

I quite like the concept and good for travellers on a budget since it is rather expensive traveling in Hong Kong.

The sleeping and resting space could be a bit tight for those with big luggage.

the bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. it was also located next to many restaurants and was a five minute walk to the metro station.

the stairs going in were sketchy and also a pain with luggage. there was also no large lockers, only one tiny one within the bed. it wouldn’t even fit my backpack.

The best hostel I've stayed in. Beds were more comfortable than some dormitories I've lived in for school long-term. Beautiful, beautiful interior, so clean, so friendly. Great list of restaurants in a very cool very local-focused neighborhood. If you are visiting Hong Kong, stay here and don't think twice.

I am struggling to think of even a single thing. It can be a little hard to find, but that's just Hong Kong architecture. All good things are a journey.

Great design of the bed space (hole for wires in the locker door so I can charge my valuables) Super friendly staff who make the effort to remember you and check in Very thoughtful down to having a list of food recommendations. WOULD COME AGAIN!!

My first bed was fine, second time I stayed I could feel the springs through the bed. But I still loved the experience though.

Big communal space with fridge, water, kettle, microwave etc. Laundry service available. Clean bathrooms. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds.

Quite far from the main shopping streets, harbour, and central - however there is a metro station close by. Breakfast wasn’t provided.

Exceptional qualities of facilities and design of the experience. The best hostel I've stayed in. + showers + common area kitchen / utensils / plates + maximum air con + slippers only in some areas + helpful front desk and excellent customer service + id card system

Lockers could be bigger. Other hostels I've stayed in used the bottom of the bed as a locker Location is fine, not exceptional like Mongkok but Hong Kong is so small it probably doesn't matter

Cool place, short walk to the MTR and airport bus stop, easy to find. Interesting neighborhood with a lot of food options and walking distance to the waterfront. Front desk guy was friendly and helpful when checking in and out. The bed is very clean and comfortable with convenient locker + outlet, aircon and wifi work well. Shampoo, shower gel, towel, ear plugs, slippers and filtered water provided. Bathrooms were tidy, plenty of showers. The common room has neat decor and books, and a big window overlooking the intersection makes for good ambiance.

The bed has a nice roller shade for privacy (although some guests do not seem to realise the person inside can still see out), however if your top bunk mate is not graceful in his clambering at whatever ungodly hour of the night he returns, he may inadvertently turn the bottom rail of the shade into an avant-garde percussion instrument and startle you awake with a clanging symphony against the metal of the bunk ladder and railing. Even the nice ear plugs provided at check-in are no help in this situation. Just a warning to roll the thing all the way down. Based on amenities/comfort, staff + location alone (for which I give 10/10) I would stay here again, however at least on the weekend the guest demographic appears to lean towards youth looking to have a good time (power to them), and I fear I myself am now in greater pursuit of good sleep.
