Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThe property is a hotel with apartment-style accommodation. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well-maintained and located very close to the MTR (less than 2 blocks). The windows were large with an open view of the city. The sitting room has a comfortable couch and TV and the small kitchen area was more than adequate, the Nespresso machine was a bonus not usually provided in HK. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom very spacious by HK standards. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. Other property facilities included a gym, communal sitting area and laundry facilities. Everything was in situ to make longer stays comfortable. Really priced well for HK.

Hungary-rooms are not the size advertised on the website -carpet was worn -we got a disabled room with small basic basin with no mirror, -there are no toiletries in the room, you can buy it separately . At least a tooth brush and a bottle of water for this price and hotel rating would be welcome - hotel entry with 8-10 steep steps. Not convenient to arrive with bigger luggage -there is only one towel per person in the room

ChinaThe apartment didn't include basic amenities such as toothpaste. However, it is becoming more common for guests to bring their own amenities with them these travel days.
The location of this apartment was excellent. Guests have access to everything that Hong Kong Central has to offer. The metro line is can be conveniently accessed within a few hundred metres of the hotel. The apartment was well air-conditioned and the bed was comfortable.

SwitzerlandDated interior with furnishing that is hard for cleaning and maintenance, and it was evident in our room on the 26th floor. Damaged wallpaper and shelf laminates, stained curtains and sofa, and floor vinyl was sticky. Staircase access only to lobby.
Room was quite big and sufficient, including separate spaces for living + dining, bedroom, wardrobe and toilet which included bathtub. Service team was friendly and helpful, and cleaning team was diligent - wherever they could clean, it was clean.

Good location - it was super near to the MTR station and within walking distance to a lot of good dining establishments. They also have umbrellas that they lend to their guests which was perfect since it was raining at that time. The receptionist on our last day was also super helpful. The surrounds can be quite busy during daytime, but was a generally peaceful neighborhood. Stayed there for a week and would stay there again next time

Indiathe pictorial representation of the hotel in the Booking.com website is far superior than the actual hotel. certainly, actuals are no where comparable to the photo, there is no lobby, cannot have a visitor come over and entertained even for a coffee or a drink.

SingaporeFelt pretty old and not terribly well maintained. Curtains were hard to draw and the sheer layer was torn. Generally clean but old stains on the carpet/bathroom were noticeable. Some of the machines at the gym are due for replacement - the bike was rusty and the seat was torn.
Excellent location, incredibly convenient to get to Central with a train station closeby. Lots of amazing eateries and cafes in the area. Room was very spacious and came with a proper fridge and microwave.
