住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：

Due to the Hong Kong Government rolling out the first phase of its regulations on disposable plastic products (including bottle of water, shower cap, slippers, shavers, comb and toothbrushes) from 22 April, 2024, Wanchai 88 Hotel is implementing various environmental measures in accordance with legislative guidelines to help protect the Earth. As part of these efforts, the hotel will no longer provide free disposable plastic toiletries and plastic-bottled water in the guest rooms. We encourage our guests to bring their own toiletries, but if you have forgotten to bring essential items, you may still be available for purchase. Available 24/7, vending machine at G/F with disposable plastic products, all purchasable with different payment methods. As we strive to protect the environment, we appreciate your support for environmental conservation. 真实点评地點交通方便有地鐵叮叮車公車都有，餐廳種類很多可以吃到不同的港式料理，也有万寧SaSa等購物的地方，吃飯購物步行都可以到達很方便～ 有提供毛巾跟洗沐用品，沒有牙刷那些，樓下有販賣機可以購買（刷卡八達通都可以）
20幾層樓原本有兩台電梯，星期五入住時壞了一台，電梯本身空間不大一次只能載一個家庭，每次想搭都很難等，尤其是星期一臨近退宿時間，沒有維修好之外更是等了20幾分鐘輪不到一部能下去的電梯，部分的人只能選擇走樓梯走下去

飯店設備看得出來有使用的痕跡，但整體很乾淨舒適，不影響住宿，瑕不掩瑜

真实点评距離灣仔站走路五分鐘內，轉角就有711，附近也很多店家，非常方便。 櫃檯人員和一樓夜間人員服務態度都還不錯，也很親切。 屋內設備稍微老舊且有明顯使用痕跡，但打掃還算乾淨，除了廁所潮濕造成的發霉跡象之外，其餘還算ＯＫ
由於連續入住兩晚，但並不想要打掃，因此亮起“請勿打擾”的燈，結果隔天回來卻被人從房內取消掉“請勿打擾”的燈，而且也自行簡易的清理了房間，雖然很感謝幫忙重鋪床鋪與補充衛生紙... 但當我已經不想要別人進來了，卻還是自行入內做清潔，也動了我一些私人物品，雖然沒有損失東西，但讓人感受很不好，希望可以多教育一下清潔人員。
