It was too bad that the swimming pool was closed, given that it was the reason why we booked this hotel in the first place. And the elevators are small

The room was spacious enough. The staff were very helpful during our entire stay. Overall, the place was great, just a few minutes walk away from the mtr and there a lots of restaurants around the area.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool, because it’s the hot season and we wanted to have somewhere to cool off after visiting the city We arrived and the pool is out of action for repairs, they said it was on the web site but hadn’t updated booking .com We were offered an upgrade (free breakfast) but to be honest wasn’t that good

The door closes very loudly and especially neighboring rooms have friends at adjacent rooms. The doors were slamming a lot and disturb my sleep. It’s located in the midst of many pubs/bars with some drunkens and walking back late on a Friday night could be abit intimidating for single ladies.

We got a room upgrade which is very nice of the hotel. Renovated room was nice and clean and spacious.

Front desk do not get well training to support customer’ needs while extend one more night, I request to stay the same room. They said ok, then I booked on line and added notice for staying the same room. But the second day after noon another one said not ok, I need to change room, and said full booked already. I felt so bad about that. After my insisting their promised. Their manager double checking, then change back my room.

Overall cleanses is good. Good location to reach business area.

Pool out of action

Location is great, 150m from Wan Chai MTR and right amongst an array of bars and restaurants. Very functional hotel, although it was disappointing that the pool was closed, particularly as the humidity was so high.

Although we loved the facility of the gym, however to get to the gym was quite a hinderance as you need to exit the building and travel across to another building

Excellent location nearby transport, short walk to ferries, plenty of local restaurants and small bars within short distance. Room and shower were good. The hotel also has a small gym, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The toilet is covered by frosted glass and there are gaps in between the door, which made it feel a bit funny especially if you are rooming with family or friends haha

The downside is that the pool isnt open, which would have been great to use on my days off.

I was massively surprised by the Hotel. I stayed at the Renaissance in Wan Chai previously and that was significantly more expensive, so I decided to try a cheaper option in the same area. I was amazed by how nice the hotel was, and in a much more convenient location. The room was a large size with lots of complimentary refreshments / snacks. A great bathroom and super comfy bed. Lots of convenient plugs and very good Wi-Fi. I would stay here again without doubt when in Hong Kong again.

Had a room that faced the street and it was noisy throughout the night because of the pubs and clubs

Location, cozy and compact, breakfast, staff friendliness, cleanliness, WiFi speed, value for money. Check in and check out procedures. Internal sound proofing. Bed comfortable.
