Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe checked out at 5:30am to catch our flight, and found the elevators not working. The service elevator was screened off. Had to call front desk and were told to use the service elevator. Guests should be informed when elevators are shut down and what to do if they need access after hours. The hallway also needs to be cleaned and repainted. Y-Loft is on the top 3 floors of Youth Square. Better wayfinding directions to rooms would be helpful.
Convenient sky bridge connections to MTR, nearby plazas, eateries and shops. Our 3 BR room on top floor, had a great balcony, good views, and large bathroom.

United StatesBeds were extremely hard, about like sleeping on the floor. Seriously. Probably the hardest 'bed' I've ever tried to sleep on. Mini-fridge did not work. Buildings is a bit old, so no USB charging ports. I was able to use the shaver outlet.
Probably a good value for Hong Kong. Big room, generally quiet, good overall facilities. Very close to MRT, decent food options in area. Photos are a bit misleading, they make it look like a small place around a courtyard. It's a high rise just like everything else.

Spacious room with 3 large single beds. Less than 5min covered walkway to MTR and there are 2 shopping malls nearby. Very convenient to get everyday needs. The self serve laundry room with ironing facilities is of reasonable price.
